The hotel is older, but its well maintained, clean, and the staff provide excellent service. I’d definitely stay there again if I were visiting Sienna. It’s the closest you can stay without entering the ZTL, and walking distance from the Duomo.

The staff of this hotel is quite rigid and has a tough attitude in communication! We booked a family suite with 2 adults and 2 children, and they insisted on adding a double room. Since the children were relatively small, we asked if we could pay for an extra bed, or if we could pay for no extra bed, but they refused. We booked a double room and it was empty for one night. Another thing is that the size of the bed they booked was different from the size of the bed they gave us! I highly recommend it!
