Buon hotel che si trova all'interno delle mura a ridosso della Ztl, quindi in centro, ma ha la disponibilità di un parcheggio interno coperto dimensionato anche per auto di medie dimensioni, Suv, ecc e questo è un must. Personale alla reception affabile, professionale e molto gentile. La camera buona (avevamo una con vista panoramica), pulita e ordinata ma un po datata avrebbe bisogno una rinfrescata. Nota dolente la colazione, con un buffet scarso come offerta e prodotti perlopiù confezionati. Prezzo adeguato

Breakfast was good. Front desk stuff polite and very helpful. Cleaning average. Strong cleaning detergent was used in our room and we had hard time sleeping due to the strong detergent smell. Sheets were not changed after room cleaning. We stayed for 2 nights. We booked 2 double rooms. One had a balcony but the other one didn’t.

The parking had additional cost of 20 EUR per day which needs to be reserved in advanced as the spots are limited. The room was very loud, it was very difficult to sleep hearing all the noices around from the other guests: talking and flushing the bathroom all night long.
The view of the room was amazing, the breakfast was very complete and good, the distance to the city center is comfortable, by foot you can reach very quickly the main turistic places.

Just 5 minutes in car from downtown area. Not all staff speaks english but you can understand them and they are nice.
