整個房子很有味道，看起來富麗堂皇，位置也很好，早餐豐富。但是，一晚上房間的機器（一個是冰箱，一個不知道什麼，一直很很大的異響），睡覺很煩擾。另外一個大問題就是，自駕遊，停車服務需要預約，一定要提前聯繫酒店，他們前台要下午三點上班，我們沒有得到任何提示，到ztl限行區前，停下來打電話，她們説可以開進去，最後才知道我們開進去的門不對，所以還要收大概80的罰單！

This bed and breakfast is as lovely as the description and even more beautiful than expected. The staff are lovely and hospitable. The breakfast was so delicious and filling. The room was well-appointed, and our bathroom, with its deep-soak tub, was luxurious. We stayed in the Blue Alterna room, and our first day was a surprise because the Palio was delayed by a day. We were able to watch the contradas parade through town from our window. We saw parades every day and the magic of the Palio. On two separate evenings, we could hear a group of Italian men singing operatic ballads outside our window. Siena is a magical place, and so was this palace. You can see the Tuscan landscape from the balcony on the third floor. Even though it was extremely hot outside, our room stayed cool enough, which is not always the case in other properties in Italy. We loved the luxury of the Palace and would return to this charming and comfortable place if we were to visit Siena again.

The location is perfect, in the center of the pedestrian area of Siena, between the Plaza del Campo and the Cathedral. The feeling inside is that of a Royal Residence. The children had a nice area to sleep. Samantha from the reception was great, she explained paciently all the necessary details and set up a nice breakfast for us.

Excellent bed and breakfast in the heart of Siena. Great location---so close to everything! All sites are within a 15 minute walk from the front door. Clean and tidy rooms. Good service. Kind staff. Easy to check in/check out. The taxi is able to drop you off at the door and pick up at the door.
