這家服務很好，提前幾小時到的，直接讓入住。還帶着去房間，一路介紹。酒店在很古老的建築裏，設施是現代的，公共區域裏還放了麪包咖啡。房間很大很大帶了衣帽間，在歐洲來説，算得上豪華了。它位於田野廣場附近，由於古城不大，基本都可以步行到達。有機會會再去住的。

La residenza San Martino 29 non è solo una residenza d'epoca incantevole: è un luogo dell'anima dove ogni dettaglio è curato con amore e gusto, ogni ambiente parla di eleganza pura ed accoglienza sincera. Pur non essendo in vacanza ci siamo sentiti accolti come in famiglia: un senso di pace e calore che raramente si trova altrove. Struttura d’epoca spettacolare in tutto e per tutto. Posizione, due minuti a piedi da piazza del campo, raggiungibile in auto previa autorizzazione della titolare anche se ztl, parcheggio appena fuori dalla ztl a 5 minuti a piedi. Camera spettacolare, bagno da sogno. Letto ampio e comodo. Unico difettuccio un pelo di insonorizzazione verso lo spazio comune e l’esterno, ma assolutamente non fra stanze. La titolare, gentilissima e disponibilissima.

Quando ho visto il portone mi sono preoccupata…. Poi siamo entrati nell’androne e la preoccupazione è proseguita … poi cambia tutto! Sì entra nella residenza con soffitti affrescati , la stanza grande, ben arredata e con uno splendido restauro conservativo degli affreschi. Il tutto accompagnato da domotica di ottima concezione. Una nota particolare per la comodità del letto e il bagno particolarmente spazioso e bello.

La residenza d’epoca si trova a pochissimi passi dal Duomo e da Piazza del Campo. Le stanze hanno il soffitto affrescato e mattonelle in cotto , con mobili moderni e arredamenti di gran gusto. Il bagno è fornito di ogni comodità, tra cui una bella doccia ampia e due lavandini in cui due persone possono lavare contemporaneamente i denti (ad esempio). In stanza c’è un bollitore, the e biscotti. Nell’area comune c’è una macchina per il caffè e brioche confezionate. La proprietaria è gentilissima e ti consente di lasciare le valigie in struttura ben oltre il Check out

Struttura con camere grandi, accoglienti è molto pulite. Si trova in pieno centro in zona a traffico limitato quindi perfetta per poter visitare la città. La zona è molto tranquilla e silenziosa. La posizione risulta anche molto comoda per poter uscire dalla città perchè a soli 5 minuti a piedi si raggiunge un parcheggio appena oltre la ZTL. Consigliatissima

The best of ancient and modern. In a very central part of the old city in a stone building. The rooms combine very modern lighting, climate control and plumbing and high end materials with classical elements like beautiful painted ceilings. Our room was very very spacious by European standards and included a sofa, refrigerator and safe. The windows are excellent so even our room,which was in the street side, was quiet. The lady staffing the desk was delightful. She was courteous and very helpful. We would definitely stay here again.
