Hotel is very conveniently located. close enough to walk to Pub street and the night market, yet far away enough to not have your sleep disrupted by the noise and crowds of prople. surrounded by local and international restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful, we needed a wheelchair and they arranged everything for us. Breakfast had a good variety of local and western food with even an omelette station. Only 15 min away from Angkor Wat complex by tuktuk. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

The hotel has beautiful premises inside and outside. It's very clean, and the staff is exceptional. We enjoyed the breakfast very much and especially the noodle soup station where they make everything to your liking; also a variety of delicious bread. It's a good location, about 16 -18 minutes walk to the Pub street or you can take a tuk tuk as there are plenty of them. We preferred walking. We had dinner one night and lunch in the hotel's restaurant and the food was tasty. On arrival we asked to change our room to the one overlooking the garden and pool as the view in the front of the building overlooking the road wasn't that great. We had of course to pay the difference but it was much nicer. It's a shame that the hotel wasn't very full during our stay. We enjoyed staying 4 nights there and definitely would recommend this hotel.

Quiet in the noisy, good service, and overall satisfaction. The room details are very good, and the decoration design is almost a bit relative to the price/performance ratio.

The room was spacious, elegantly furnished, and equipped with state-of-the-art amenities. The plush bedding, tranquil ambiance, and panoramic views create an oasis of relaxation. The Exceptional Service: One of the standout features of Memoire Palace Resort & Spa is its commitment to providing exceptional service to its guests and the environment. The staff members are attentive, courteous and go above and beyond to meet every guest's needs. The manager even made an effort to visit me at the gym as he could not greet me at the reception. In addition, the commitment to a plastic-free experience was impressive - there was literally none in all the facilities. They should be commended. The Stage 1960 had an impressive menu with imported meats I doubt can be found elsewhere; breakfast every morning was beautiful with the freshest local ingredients to create innovative dishes; even the room service, typically an afterthought, was thoughtful with something for everyone. Location: The Royal Family Suite by Memoire Palace Resort & Spa is ideally located. The hotel is a stone's throw away from the magnificent Angkor Wat, allowing guests to easily explore the UNESCO World Heritage site. Additionally, it's only a 2-minute ride to the bustling Old Market and the vibrant Pub Street, providing convenient access to local markets, shops, and lively nightlife. Tuk-tuk drivers are on standby outside the hotel so there is no wait In summary, Memoire Palace Resort & Spa is a beacon of luxury, hospitality, and elegance in Siem Reap. I have yet to find a flaw! Whether you are a business traveler, family, or here for a honeymoon - I highly recommend choosing this resort when booking your accommodation in Siem Reap!

I travelled to Siem Reap alone and as a solo female traveller, I cannot stress enough how safe and wonderful my experience was staying at this hotel. Here's some info to consider if you decide to stay here: 1. Service: The best ever! Although, I would say this for absolutely every local I met, such beautiful people. Mr. Key and team certainly deserve 5 stars, very attentive, polite, friendly and hands-on...you made my stay worth every penny. Thank you for your kind hospitality 🙏🏻 2. Facilities: The hotel is beautiful and elegant and has such a peaceful energy as you walk in. The room I stayed in was incredible, squeaky clean, tidy, spacious, harmonious and the bed/pillows felt like a cloud after a long day, it has a mini bar and I don't think I've ever cared much about the robes...but I gotta say, the softest robes ever! Not to mention that I do appreciate that the bed linen, towels and robe smell good and clean. The pool is very clean and surrounded by a well kept garden. There's a gym and the spa service is not to be missed, the masseuse is very skilled, strong yet gentle, I came out of the session feeling refreshed and my skin was so silky, do get the scrub! 3. Breakfast: There's a little cozy restaurant that offers a variety of food. Breakfast is buffet style with a delicious western and local menu to choose from. They also prepare fresh omelettes, yum. The staff in the restaurant are very courteous and friendly, I personally enjoyed talking to Sa and Sokhim. 4. Location/transportation: The hotel is located at about 10mins from the city centre and places of interest like Pub Street and the Markets, and about 20mins from Angkor Wat. They offer free tuk tuk rides and can arrange airport transportation from/to the airport. My only complaint is that I didn't stay long enough...but that's on me 😁 Oh and because the atmosphere of the hotel is all natural, do expect to see some friendly lizards and other garden pets while walking around the facilities🦎 So, be careful not to hurt them. This is now my go-to place to stay in Siem Reap!

Room is spacious and quiet. Great location with easy access to town and Angkor Wat/other places. Service people are very gentle and offer assistance /information very helpful for travel and tour. Will definitely recommend family members and friends to come.

Lotus Blanc Resort provided a fantastic experience from start to finish. The warm welcome, beautiful landscaping, and comfortable rooms with modern amenities made my stay memorable. Dining was a highlight, with an excellent breakfast buffet and a standout restaurant. The serene pool, top-notch spa, and well-equipped fitness center added to the enjoyment.Conveniently located with helpful shuttle services, exploring nearby attractions was easy. The attentive and friendly staff made the stay even better. Overall, Lotus Blanc Resort offers luxury, comfort, and outstanding service. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway.

The service is good and the environment is comfortable. The swimming pool below is great. Next to it is the ticket office of Angkor Wat. The decoration is a little old, but the price/performance ratio is good.

We stayed at the Anantara for four nights and really felt the warmth and sincerity of every staff member. My partner got a fever the day after we arrived in Siem Reap, and the hotel staff helped by buying medicine and even made him a pot of warm ginger tea and porridge . He felt much better the next day. Overall, we were really well taken care of during our four days here. ：
