The staff is very smiling and friendly. Free massage and welcone drink. The room is big and clean. The location is good.

I was there for some time.Reception was mostly vacant but I managed to get help when needed rather rapidly.Towels and linen only replaced when you ask.If your paying via credit card and like my card will only work with Tap not slider insert.so had to pay cash.

Great stay experience! The price is quite high. The family suite booked (can accommodate 5 people) has two rooms, one big bed room, one twin room, two rooms together for 1 night ~ need about 280 RMB. The front desk lady is very enthusiastic and the environment is very good. The rooms are fully equipped and have refrigerator safes and wardrobes. The hotel is about 3 kilometers away from Bar Street, and it takes 5,000 Riel to take a taxi. It is also very convenient to go to other attractions. The taxi software calls a sightseeing car. It is very comfortable to see the scenery with the wind.

Overall amazing experience. Staff are super friendly and always up for a chat. Will go out their way to serve you. Front desk gave us a free room upgrade on check in which was appreciated! The food and drinks from the restaurant tasted great. Buy 1 get 1 free cocktails 4-6pm. The room was clean, heaps of little touches that were a surprise like fresh fruit on arrival, premium toiletries, water, tea and coffee etc. Bed is super comfy with fresh, soft, clean sheets. Wifi is fast and never dropped out. The hotels gym and pool were really good, clean. Photo: Angkor National Museum located across the road, worth a visit.

It was close to Angkor Wat and the room was big and clean. I was able to rent a bike for $2, so I rode it around a lot. The staff was also friendly. The food was cheap and delicious. However, I booked a bus to Bangkok for $20, but I had to pay an additional $10 to go to the border by car and take the bus across the border. I don't know if it was because of poor communication or just because it was normal, but I didn't receive a bus ticket. And the Wi-Fi signal in the room was weak.

The room came with two breakfast vouchers, which was very convenient. Unlike in China where you often have to register two guests to get two breakfasts, they just provided them directly. I ate one breakfast and took some fruit to go. The fruit here is incredibly sweet and delicious. Service: The hotel environment is absolutely five-star. My English isn't great, but the staff were very patient.

Hotel closed to amenities and tourist sights such as Killing Fields and Ankor Wat. Staff were very informative and helpful. Breakfast nice and filling. They had their own tuk tuk driver who gave us a great tour of Ankor Wat and helped us with getting to the last temple without the long walk in the heat (Mr. Mony). Never forget tuk tuk experiences with him. He tooked us into town for dinner and we ate at a Korean BBQ restaurant for USD $20, Japanese restaurant for USD $15. We ate at our hotel which was very nice and had a couple of cocktails. The manager was so kind to give my husband an Ankor Wat beer glass. We would come again and stay here.

The staff customer service is amazing . I would say beyond expectations. They were so accommodating, they allowed us to check in very early as we had morning flight and check out late as our flight was late evening. They would recommend any customised travel itinerary as well as transportation. The breakfast although starts at 6:30am , they arrange it early even at 4am to accommodate our early morning sunrise plan. Thanks a lot.

At first glance this hotel seemed like a good place to stay until I checked the room and realized that there was bath towels or hand soap. Furthermore, the television doesn't work and the bidet hose and nearly flood the room. I called for help but no one was able to assist because it was too early. I checked out early because I was a bit overwhelmed. I think if you're lucky enough to get a good room then you might like it there.

I spent a great time in this hotel. my room was gorgeous, like the rest of the facilities but I will always remember how nice were all the people working in the hotel. The nicest that I've seen so far after visiting 68 countries. Alway smiling and giving me recommendations. I will definitely stay here again if I have a chance to go back. I can't remember the names of the two girls who were working in the front desk, two beautiful souls. Thank you so much for being so kind, you have made my time so special. Best regards
