Quiet in the noisy, good service, and overall satisfaction. The room details are very good, and the decoration design is almost a bit relative to the price/performance ratio.

Room is spacious and quiet. Great location with easy access to town and Angkor Wat/other places. Service people are very gentle and offer assistance /information very helpful for travel and tour. Will definitely recommend family members and friends to come.

Very unsatisfied about the réception service, we asked for booking a bus between Siem Reap and Phnom-Penh. And we had finally a bad bus company différent from what we ordered (Giant Ibis) the journey was very hard and commodities very bad. More than this the pick up was included but only one tuk tuk with 4 heavy lugages and 4 people. The price of ticket was 20 Usd per people (pick up price included) but in reality the price of bus is less than 10 USD. So we are really disapointed about the expérience. Furthermote we arrived first day and swimming pool was closed also restaurant and jacuzzi were not working. hot shower is not available and they have refused 100 dollars billet saying that it was too old

It was nice that we could use the sauna (both dry and steam) for free. Although it is an old hotel, the rooms are spacious and clean, and the atmosphere was relaxing.

The coveted Raffles was a space unlike anything I'd ever experienced before. Everyone else in the lobby was Western, so I was a little nervous, but when I told them from the beginning that I wasn't good at English, they were happy to help me with the translator I brought with me. (lol) Thanks to that, I was able to communicate well with the concierge, and I was really impressed that they even upgraded my room. Wherever I was, at afternoon tea, at the bar, the hotel staff would talk to me, even though I was traveling alone. Not only was the furnishings and luxury amazing, but I was constantly impressed by the hospitality of a prestigious hotel.

If you are a fan of camping/ glamping, this the Jungloo room type is definitely a very satisfying option for your stay in Siem Reap. It is spacious and relaxing. The room is surprisingly clean and pest free, the air-conditioner functions very well that the indoor temperature keeps cool even during at noon, the hottest period of the day. Staffs are super responsive to the guests and I don't need to wait for long time for any requests made. Free ear plug for sleep is provided by the hotel but luckily there is no rain at night during my 5-day stay, we don't have a chance to use them and we slept quite well every night.

Objectively speaking, the biggest highlight of the hotel is the beautiful garden and the layout of the swimming pool is also good and large. But the room facilities are very old. For example, the air conditioner is leaking due to condensation, and there is still a place for boxes underneath, so the clothes are dripping wet. In terms of service, the enthusiasm is superficial or not good at all. For example, there are yellow chrysanthemums in the room, which is unlucky for the Chinese people. They will not be replaced until they wither the next day. In fact, there are many lotuses and other flowers and plants that can be placed locally. If you are using dim sum, you will naturally know not to put chrysanthemums in a Chinese room. In addition, I ordered two bowls of noodles for breakfast. After they were cooked, the waiter didn't bring them to me and just left them on the table. After a while, I went to get them. Suddenly, a Westerner who looked like a host came out of the back kitchen and he came to help me. As soon as he got started, two waiters rushed over to help. Isn't this just snobbery... As a global five-star hotel chain, there is still a lot of room for improvement.

As a hotel enthusiast, I have to say Jaya House went above and beyond my expectations and truly represents what a true luxury hotel experience should be. What makes this place above and beyond is the people. From the owner to the managers to the staff, every single person at Jaya House brings their whole, authentic, warm-nature and kind-hearted self to deliver an experience that truly makes you feel welcomed, noticed, appreciated, relaxed and dare I say… ‘loved’. Everyday you are greeted with warm smiles and a ‘ready to help’ attitude. No request is too small or large. At some point, I felt as though I was staying at the Aman. That’s how good the service was and those who know me, know that I’m a tough critic. At the moment, the entire country of Cambodia is still recovering from Covid. Tourism is not back 100% yet so the spa is not open and dinner service is not available. Jaya House will let you know this in advance so you can manage your trip organization. Beyond the service, the rooms are spacious and well maintained. The housekeeping team is so on top of their game, to the point that we had to stop them from replacing the towels after only being used one time. The facilities are beautiful and well maintained. The food is delicious and they make their own tea which is amazing. The location is a bit outside of the ‘center’ and when I say a bit outside, it’s only 1.5km at most… but hey, when you’re in a relaxing mode even a 5 minute tuk-tuk can feel far 😊. Overall - an amazing experience and I cannot wait to go back when the spa is opened.

We had an amazing stay here. The service was impeccable, the facilities amazing, everything was more than what we could have expected. The staff was so friendly and had thought of everything before we even needed to ask. The room was very comfortable and clean. The spa was also great, with really good packages. I wish we had more time to enjoy the hotel, but we will be back. I highly recommend this place. Probably one of the best hotels I have stayed at.

Sala Siem Reap Hotel Location: The hotel is situated in a great location, on the road leading to Angkor Wat (65 minutes walk, 12 minutes Tuk Tuk) in one direction, and the city centre in the opposite direction around 20 minutes walk. On the opposite side of the road is the Angkor National Museum. There are Tuk Tuks parked outside if a walk in the heat isn't desired! You are however within walking distance of many other popular attractions, restaurants, and shop. Remarkably, despite being on the main road out to the temples, it was very quiet. The swimming pool was a welcome sight whenever we returned from the daily explorations! Staff: The staff at the hotel are absolutely wonderful. They are friendly, helpful, and always go the extra mile to make sure that guests have a great stay. I was particularly impressed to be greeted by name by almost all of them across my entire stay, a very nice touch. Overall Experience: I had a wonderful stay at the Sala Siem Reap Hotel. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, the food was delicious, and the staff were excellent. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Siem Reap. Well placed, very reasonably priced, great staff that always made you feel welcome.
