This was maybe the best hostel I've ever stayed in. I got a private room and it was really clean and spacious. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Thanks to Socheata and Shay for making this a great stay! When I come back to Siem Reap I will definitely stay here again
We had an amazing stay in this Hotel! It starts with a welcome cocktail and snack. everyday the stuff welcome you by your name. The rooms are clean and with fresh flowers decorated. In this hotel match everything. Thanks for the nice time!
I booked 4 rooms at the Boutique but the immediately moved me to the Golden Temple Residence next door. To be honest, the photos of the ”luxury suite” on my booking at the boutique looked a lot nicer than the room I stayed at next door at the Residence.
Staff are super nice and friendly, also the spa is very well priced and offer great services.
The pool was super nice, and the staff are there if you want a drink in the pool. The breakfast was also decent, but I think it lacked a lot of main course breakfasts foods.

Staff are nice and helpful. Rooms are comfortable. Happy time staying.
Staff are very friendly and welcoming they always keep us with smile all the times.
They always remember our names.
The whole time in this hotel was just great. The staff is very attentive and careful about your stay, and will provide any assistance and help if needed. The room we had was spacious, with all the commodities and some particular details (such as a jar of banana crisps, plenty of bottled water,...) were really appreciated.
The pool area is nice and it is also quite appreciated to have some shade in the afternoon after the heat of the day.
Breakfast is OK and I will recommend definitely the savory part of it than the sweet part, but this is a personal preference (not a sweet person anyway).
Also, to avoid the stress of your journey from or to the airport (which is now much far away than it is used to be as this new airport is located about 45kms away from Siem Reap City Centre), I will rely on the transportation available from the airport. No hassle and you have a lovely car/mini-van for the 1 hour trip.
And finally, this hotel is ideally located from all the fuzz and buzz of Siem Reap, without having the inconvenience of the noise during the night. So a big thumb up for this too.
I would like to thank all the staff for their help and kindness. And I will definitely go back to this hotel (or one of the sister hotels, one being just accross the street) if I am planning on coming back to Siem Reap.
I had a comfortable stay thanks to the friendly assistance of Juju staff.
I also got a discount on my massage reservation and used it at a low price.
It's cheaper than other massage shops and you can adjust the intensity as you want.
It was very nice of you to do it.
Breakfast. If you order a la carte rather than a buffet, it will be cooked on the spot and you can choose your drink.
There doesn't seem to be an elevator (I used a room on the 2nd floor), but it wasn't too inconvenient. I checked in and came back after going out.
I brought the suitcase to the room.
They even provide late check-out and airport taxi reservations.
Send it comfortably
All staff are friendly and check carefully.
There was no discomfort
Have a good rest
I will use it again~~
Thank you~^^
This hotel is really clean, comfortable, and located peaceful area, its next to an elementary school and very quiet at night.
I enjoyed the Angkor Wat tour and free rental bicycle. Both of them are offered by this hotel.
Furthermore, the staffs here have a great hospitality.
Both men at the reception were so friendly, and spoke good English. It was a memorable moment to talk with them.
Thank you for the wonderful time! (^ ^)
The hotel looks good in picture, but actual state is shocking as it shows its age and due for a major renovation.
Bad Points:
(1) Toilet basins, taps, bath tub and toilet seats have worn off so badly they desparetely needed to be replaced.
(2) Very weak shower water pressure and water is not hot enough for a relaxing shower after a long day out
(3) No shampoo or shower gel and no hair dryer provided in the room
(4) No daily room cleaning or towel changing until asked from reception on 2nd day
(5) Pathetic small & old 21’’ LCD TV that cannot be turned on
(6) Room furnitures are dated and near end of life cycle too
(7) Receptionists have poor command in English
Good Points
(1) Location is good as it is far enough from the noisy & maddening crowd in Pub Street, but yet within 5 mins walking distance to all the night life of Siem Reap city
(2) Room is spacious with a bar fridge and aircon works fine
(3) Room charges are amongst the lowest in the area costing less than USD 15/night
(4) Receptionists are friendly and helpful even though they don’t really understand English
My conclusion is this place is not for fussy or demanding guests, who would be better off paying more than USD 25 for a better room at nearby boutique or 3-4 stars hotel. Good for backpackers upgrade though! 😂
Really lovely people who went out of their way to help. They also made amazing suggestions for things to do and see and all offers were well-priced. Our rooms were spotlessly clean and the beds very comfortable! The pool was a lifesaver at the end of a hot day. We liked it so much that we’re staying there again on our way out of Cambodia.
The hotel I had originally booked was overbooked and I was about to be directed to an annex 1km away, so I made a reservation on the spot. By the way, I personally felt that the hotel did this on purpose (showing a good location on the website and then redirecting guests to other locations). So I ended up staying here, and it was clean, the room was spacious, and the breakfast was delicious! It's a little far from the center, but I don't feel inconvenienced since I'm traveling by car. In fact, everyone should be careful about overbooked hotels.

GGuest UserOur room was huge. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and a kitchen behind a glass partition. Clean, comfortable, cozy. The air conditioning system is built in, in each room, very comfortable, does not blow on the bed. Perfect linen and quality bathroom accessories. We were happy to use the washing machine and dryer (they are also in the room), very convenient in a hot climate to freshen up your things. The hotel staff is very attentive and polite, they try to help. The pool, although not large, is comfortable. Nearby, in the same building, there is an excellent bakery with croissants and various types of breakfast, we had breakfast there. The hotel is located on a quiet street 5 minutes from Pub Street. The first impression upon check-in was spoiled by the sofa at the reception with stains, it turned out that drips from the air conditioner grille were above it (probably you should just move it to the other side))
AAnonymous UserLocation is good, just to the old market. Arrived at bus 8 Dollar + Tuk Tuk 1 Dollar from the new airport.
There is a motorcycle rental shop nearby.
There were only stairs, and I was on the 5 floor in Japan, so even if I bought a little, I ended up climbing the 5 floor stairs. I think that those with weak legs must give hope to the lower floors.
Also, the room is large, but the rain leaked or some of the room was wet, and the socks were wet without notice. I didn't change the amenities on the first day and asked them to change it, but here again, the stairs of 5 floors (tired) occurred.
2 On the day, cleaning and amenities were replaced, but the floor of the toilet was soaked that I didn't notice it and my socks got wet again.
As a result, I was washing it almost every day.
And the shower is quite wet.
Also, the steps on the stairs are not uniform, so it seems to kick.
However, if you don't say luxury, you can stay in a private room cheaply, so I think it will be a good stay if you divide it.
GGuest UserStayed for the second time and felt pretty good. Breakfast is okay, but the amount of water in the bath doesn't feel great, and the location is close to Pub Street. Next time I have the opportunity to come to Siem Reap, I will choose this one.
GGuest UserThe room I was given to was below my expectations as the TV and fridge weren’t working. Was hoping the fridge was working as the weather there was hot and keeping a few cold drinks would be nice. Nonetheless the staff and the service are great. Perhaps they could upgrade the doors to a card system than a key instead.
GGuest UserHaving stayed here 9 years ago (pre Covid) there has been change like everywhere! The location of the hotel is very near to Pub Street and the room we were in (B08) was at the front of the hotel and especially on Friday and Saturday the music went on into the small hours of the morning! In fairness to the staff they did offer another room.
The swimming pool was good and clean. The Staff were excellent with helping to arrange an excursion to Angkor Watt and even to help organise our onward travel and hotel. (5 stars we give there)
XxuelianThe environment is very good, there is a small garden and swimming pool, you can go downstairs to listen to music, barbecue, drink, and chat at night. The boss is French, very hospitable, can chat with you in English and give you a lot of help. The bathroom facilities are also great and very easy to use.
TTIGERThe first room I booked was assigned to the 4th floor (actually the 5th floor) because there was no elevator, but the air conditioner broke so I had to move to a room on the 1st floor. The location is close to Pub Street, but there is an elementary school right in front, so it is noisy from 7 a.m. . The employees are very friendly, but the downside is that there is no cleaning or replacement of supplies for 3 days!
