We had a standard private room and it was one of the best places we’ve stayed throughout south east Asia! Such good value for money, very clean and the bed was really comfortable. The bar downstairs was really cheap, beer for $1 and 3 for 2 on happy hour (2pm - 11pm) the pool area was small but nice although we didn’t get chance to go in as we were too busy. Staff were all really helpful and helped us book our trips and they also offered a laundry service which was great.
Superb hotel which is made even more accommodating by fabulous staff that go out of their way to ensure you have an amazing stay.
Location: 3 minutes walk from bar street and market area which is close enough not to hear any of the night time noise yet be in the middle of the wonderful Siem reap night scene. Perfect proximity for myself with a young family.
Hotel: medium sized hotel well maintained and very clean. Pool is good sized and perfect for to chill out after a long day at the temples or markets. Rooms are excellent quality and perfect for my family.
Staff: Top marks for the staff, truly an unforgettable experience and I have stayed in many 5 star hotels worldwide. The service surpassed anything I had ever experienced, staff would be there immediately when you arrived at any point In the day with cold towels and water for your convenience. They were forever helpful with any requests and would always go above and beyond to ensure your stay was perfect. This is an outstanding hotel team and made the stay 100% better as we felt like part of the family.
Food: Breakfast menu has lots of variety and we tried most during the stay and all were great quality and very tasty. Set menu was great and we thoroughly enjoyed the traditional Khmer set to taste the local cuisines. The hand made nuts they have for sale and also come free with a drink from the bar are moreish and I had to purchase 3 bags to take home to keep my family happy.
Overall… I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is wishing for a comfortable and homely stay in Siem Reap who doesn’t want the chaos of the city centre but still wants to be close enough to easily walk there and back for shopping/food/drinking.
Thank you Khmer mansion for making our stay unforgettable!

This hotel is really clean, comfortable, and located peaceful area, its next to an elementary school and very quiet at night.
I enjoyed the Angkor Wat tour and free rental bicycle. Both of them are offered by this hotel.
Furthermore, the staffs here have a great hospitality.
Both men at the reception were so friendly, and spoke good English. It was a memorable moment to talk with them.
Thank you for the wonderful time! (^ ^)

Very good location. Nearby the clubs street, restaurants and convenience stores
Also, this hotel surrounding is very quiet and good place to stay and rest.
Breakfast are good. The staff are very polite and can speak English well. The room very spacious and the interior are perfect for couple. We love the concept of open shower of our room.
The only shortfall was there was mosquitoes. We report to front desk and they gave us mosquitoes spray.
The hotel was exceptional! Cosy, spacious and clean, the highlight, however, has to be the extraordinary service provided by the staff, who always went the extra mile to ensure that we had a pleasant stay— a huge shoutout to Limon-Poe Tea, Sotha and Sokhunthea and many other staff for their exceptional care. The spa at the hotel was fantastic and the restaurant catered for vegetarian dietary options as well.
The staff at Titos were amazing. Very helpful, kind and helped us with renting scooters and recommendations.
Pros
- Amazing staff that are willing to help you with anything
- Cheap laundry next-door that will deliver to the hotel
- Price of the rooms were fair
- Pool is nice and seemed clean
- Easy walking distance to Pub Street
The rooms themselves were okay but there were a few minor cons
- My door facing the balcony had a gap in it which could let in bugs/mosquitos
- A/C didn't work that well in my room
- A mosque is nearby so you will hear the prayer calls throughout the day
- The room doors have slits in the design so bugs/ac air can escape/enter
If you want a decently priced hotel in a central location I recommend Titos
The hotel has beautiful Khmer-style bungalows including a terrace, where among other things breakfast is served (since there is no classic restaurant) - absolutely wonderful. But everything was topped by the outstanding service and the attentive staff, they were absolutely fabulous. They noticed when we got up and served the breakfast accordingly, they noticed when we went to the pool and brought towels for us, they saw us getting ready to go to town and got the Tuk tuk ready, best of all: when they saw us come back from our day‘s excursion on our daughters‘ birthday they came with a cake (including candles) and sang „Happy Birthday“- they were amazing. Clear recommendation!
I stayed in the women's dormitory as a solo traveller.
The location was great, right in front of Pub Street, and there was a convenience store nearby!!
The room was clean and comfortable.
The front desk staff were very kind and greeted me every time♪
I'd like to stay here again if I come to Siem Reap.
This was such an amazing stay - beautiful grounds, comfy bed and gorgeous pool, and everything located so centrally within walking distance of eateries and the night market.
But it's really the little touches that make it special - being served wet towels when you come in from a hot day, welcome drinks with sliced fruit, a room pre-set up with aromatherapy burners, staff offering mosquito sprays and helping to book various events plus arranging for late checkouts. Plus super yummy lunches in an airy and beautiful restaurant!
I had a very comfortable stay! The staff were especially kind and friendly, providing excellent service. The room was well cleaned and very tidy. Additionally, having a washing machine and dryer was extremely convenient, especially for a longer stay.
The hotel’s location was also fantastic—it’s close to the downtown area, making it easy to explore and find great places to eat. I would definitely love to stay here again!

Very Good
AAnonymous UserLocation is good, just to the old market. Arrived at bus 8 Dollar + Tuk Tuk 1 Dollar from the new airport.
There is a motorcycle rental shop nearby.
There were only stairs, and I was on the 5 floor in Japan, so even if I bought a little, I ended up climbing the 5 floor stairs. I think that those with weak legs must give hope to the lower floors.
Also, the room is large, but the rain leaked or some of the room was wet, and the socks were wet without notice. I didn't change the amenities on the first day and asked them to change it, but here again, the stairs of 5 floors (tired) occurred.
2 On the day, cleaning and amenities were replaced, but the floor of the toilet was soaked that I didn't notice it and my socks got wet again.
As a result, I was washing it almost every day.
And the shower is quite wet.
Also, the steps on the stairs are not uniform, so it seems to kick.
However, if you don't say luxury, you can stay in a private room cheaply, so I think it will be a good stay if you divide it.
KKrasnaya_OktyabryaLocation, cleanliness, service, everything was great. The pool was visible from the balcony and the atmosphere was good. And the staff at the front desk was kind and when they treated me with a smile, so I was able to spend a very pleasant time. The laundry service seemed cheaper and faster to put it out at a nearby store than to use the hotel.
RribkaWe didn't end up staying at the Luxury because after booking and paying, the property manager contacted us and asked us to move to another property with the options they provided and upgrade the room and breakfast as compensation. Finally we moved to Boutique Indochine d'Angkor, a fairly comfortable hotel. The location is not exactly in the center of the crowd (pub street) of Siem Reap, but you can walk there for about 15-20 minutes.
PPDF666Having stayed here 9 years ago (pre Covid) there has been change like everywhere! The location of the hotel is very near to Pub Street and the room we were in (B08) was at the front of the hotel and especially on Friday and Saturday the music went on into the small hours of the morning! In fairness to the staff they did offer another room.
The swimming pool was good and clean. The Staff were excellent with helping to arrange an excursion to Angkor Watt and even to help organise our onward travel and hotel. (5 stars we give there)
BBrannan Mitchel-SlentzUnfortunately, while the location and service were excellent here, the amenities and cleanliness left quite a bit to be desired. We found baby roaches in the bathroom, the bathtub was moldy and didn't drain, and the walls had weird stains on them. The bed was perfectly made and neat, though, and the sheets seemed clean. There is a pool here, but the views leave a bit to be desired, and while they used to have a pool side bar, it appears to be permanently closed. The front desk got us some towels and went out and grabbed some beers for us to enjoy by the pool, so that certainly made up for it, but it wasn't quite the vibe I was hoping for. The location is incredible, being just a block away from the entrance to Pub Street, a couple blocks from the river and all of the amazing river side food stalls, but far enough away from all that as to not be too loud at night. They also were able to set us up with some very nice electric peddle-assist bikes that we were able to take at 4:30 am so we could make it in time for the Angkor Wat sunrise.
GGuest UserI had a wonderful stay! The room was very clean and well maintained, with great attention to detail from the housekeeping team. The service was excellent – staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything I needed. The location is also perfect, very convenient and close to everything. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for comfort, great service, and easy access to the city.
TTIGERThe first room I booked was assigned to the 4th floor (actually the 5th floor) because there was no elevator, but the air conditioner broke so I had to move to a room on the 1st floor. The location is close to Pub Street, but there is an elementary school right in front, so it is noisy from 7 a.m. . The employees are very friendly, but the downside is that there is no cleaning or replacement of supplies for 3 days!
