Can't be more perfect with what they have. It was huge, with nice and helpful staff. The pool was very big. And the best part was the breakfast. One should not miss it.
The hotel is very nice and clean, the staff is courteous and nice. Peter was a very helpful concierge. The only complaint is the towels were a bit old. The bed is very comfortable and the roof top pool is amazing. I would stay there again.
The support I received from the hotel’s receptionist for tour arrangements was outstanding. Their professionalism and friendly demeanor made it easy to discuss my plans and preferences. They provided excellent recommendations for tours and activities, showcasing a deep understanding of the local area. The arrangements were meticulously organized, and I was impressed by how smoothly everything went. Thanks to their expertise and assistance, I was able to explore the best of the region without any hassle, making my stay even more enjoyable.
In the house facing the street, there will be motorcycles bombing the street until midnight
The room is neat and clean and the supplies are in line with the price
The staff's attitude is far worse than other hotels in Siem Reap that are famous for their hospitality, but it is still at a normal level.
The service staff is very nice, and the hotel breakfast fried rice is so delicious. I am really happy to stay here and will recommend it to my friends!
The hair dryer in the room is a bit small, maybe it can be replaced. The shampoo provided can also be improved!

I recommend this hotel. I've stayed in lots of Siem reap hotels so I feel I know good value. The rooms are really beautiful, big, great mattress and pillows. Quiet air con with a fan and high ceilings. Everything is made of a lovely dark wood. The rooms are quiet, I stayed almost three weeks and never heard my neighbours although I know the rooms were full. Tv has fashion tv and sports channels, international channels. There are power points next to the bed and a dimming light above the bed for night time. Blackout curtains and hot water in the shower and sink for shaving. Also the staff are very friendly and I felt very comfortable, not intrusive but always very positive and I felt good everytime I walk in and out past reception and into the hotel, which is really important to me. Also fridge and the kettle had zero mold, 100% clean!, first hotel I've stayed in where the kettles were clean, like brand new!. So thanks to the reception and cleaning staff for being so friendly. The whole place is really lovely and I'd definitely come back again. Also there's a pool and restaurant upstairs which has amazing views over Siem reap. Thanks for the stay, Kind regards, Matthew.
Super friendly, helpful, reliable staff. Everything is very new and well maintained. Drinking water is available at any time in refillable glass bottles at reception. The pool is large and beautifully laid out, the gym is equipped with everything you can imagine.
Right next to the complex there is a supermarket, a café/restaurant and a large co-working space. You won't miss anything and we will definitely be back!
We came here for the first part of our Cambodian holiday. The room is comfortable and the hotel was relatively quiet. I thought their breakfast was amazing and it was included with our stay so please don't miss it. Kimsinh was our main contact there and he was helpful the entire time. He helped organize tickets and dinner reservations. The hotel was undergoing renovations so we did not really enjoy that part of it however, We will look forward to checking out the changes when we come back
Dining at the hotel was a delightful experience that exceeded our expectations. The on-site restaurant offered a diverse menu that catered to a variety of tastes, featuring both local and international dishes. Every meal we enjoyed was expertly prepared and beautifully presented, showcasing the culinary team's talent. The breakfast buffet was particularly impressive, offering a wide selection of fresh fruits, pastries, and hot dishes that catered to all dietary preferences. The staff in the dining area were equally attentive, ensuring that our dining experience was seamless and enjoyable. We found ourselves looking forward to every meal during our stay.

BBelieVeeThis hostel was a great introduction to Cambodia! The staff were super friendly and helpful and there were loads of activities going on every night. There is a huge social space which is great for hanging out with friends or working/ digital nomadding. There were also 2 pools for hanging out at during the day. You could basically stay in the hostel and have everything you need if you wanted but it’s also a short walk away from the market and pub street which are both great places to explore. Only downside was the aircon wasn’t so strong. I think they were fixing it though as a workman came in.
GGuest UserThe reason I can't give it a full 5 is because the shower pressure on the 3rd floor is too weak, and the floor gets dirty quickly when you walk barefoot, and there are no indoor slippers. It's a big deal when you get out of the shower, and the supplies are so old that they need to be replaced. And there's nothing from a TV to a hair dryer, except for an electric kettle. Nevertheless, the staff is very friendly, the breakfast provided individually is delicious and hearty, and I'm especially grateful for the kindness of the owner who looks like Evangeline Lilly, the elf from The Lord of the Rings. The front desk staff who gave me a discount when I didn't show up for a motorcycle company and rented me a bike from another company. The owner who brought me a map and explained the tour course in detail, and recommended an airport bus because the taxi fare was expensive. I booked a taxi and the tour ended early, so I requested to change the taxi payment to the airport bus, but the manager who said that the card cancellation was not accepted and made up for it with a free massage for an hour, and the owner who was cheerful and kind until the end and sent me off. I won't be going to Siem Reap again, but I highly recommend it to backpackers.
GGuest UserOur honeymoon, amazing location & fantastic view. The start off our trip in Siem Reap, was seamless. End to end airport pickup & drop off. Great service, and accommodating to our tour Angkor Wat. The hotel Manager made us feel like family. Highly recommend for future stay. Thank you
UUladzimirThe owner is a scammer. He refused to check us into the hotel according to the reservation we had paid for on trip.com. At the suggestion of a trip.com employee, I paid for the stay at my own expense, while this scammer assured that he had canceled the paid reservation with a refund of my funds and would issue a receipt for payment upon check-out to be presented to trip.com. As a result, when checking out, he refused to provide a receipt, only after a call from an employee did trip.com seem to cancel the previously paid reservation, otherwise they would have received double payment from me. There are also many questions regarding accommodation. You can find a more decent option in the city among normal people.
AAleksAmazing! Rooms are very comfortable, staff is super friendly! Swimming pool for relax, many restaurants around and everything is walking distance from the hotel. Would love to stay in this hotel again!
GGuest UserWe stayed in this hotel as a couple. Very friendly people on reception. No kettle, no fridge, 3verythin is old. But big windows with great view. Pretty far from the center and most of the bars.
