Lovely staff, good rooms and fantastic location. Reasonable food prices and drinks. Great cocktails. Very clean showers and amenities and water refilling station at ground floor. However, a few things to note. 1) can be quite loud in corridors which you hear in the room 2) there’s a constant humming of services so recommend earplugs if you’re a light sleeper 3) the pool is huge but some algae which meant backswimmer bugs which bite…once raised they were on it, but we shouldn’t have to raise it. See photos. 4) our room definitely smelt fousty - guess that’s what happens if you have no window. Overall, totally worth the price paid but as the pool is a huge selling point, I urge them to clean regularly and use strong chlorine.

Great place to stay, I stayed here for 3 nights and the pricing was very affordable. Spacious and very clean rooms and a well maintained property. The staff is always available and friendly, a family run property and they take care of it really well. Would definitely recommend. Very conveniently located close to the Pub street, Old market, night market and the river side if your want to explore street food.

The hotel is in a prime location. Tickets for Angkor Wat can be purchased on the B1 floor of The Heritage Walk shopping mall. It is only a ten-minute walk from Pub Street, Old Market, and Riverside Night Market. You don't need to take a tuk-tuk. You can walk back and forth to experience the city life of Siem Reap. The hotel has a rich breakfast. You can sit indoors or by the outdoor swimming pool. It is full of Southeast Asian style. You can eat fresh mango and dragon fruit. The bathroom has a slight odor, but it is not unacceptable. There is a Southeast Asian Chinese TV station on the TV channel.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The people from the reception were very attentive and supportive and helped us to book a tuk tuk for a day tour in Angkor wat. They gave us welcome drinks too. Overall was a 5 but I was a little bit frustrated because I wanted to use the gym but the gym was open from 7 am to 7 pm. That made it imposible for me to use it after a long day tour or before a tour because we arrived to late or we had to leave early. In every hotel we stayed the gym is open until 10 pm, so that people can use it after dinner but they close it at 7 pm…. I hope they can extend the opening hours. The breakfast was great ok.

The hotel is extremely well located with easy access to the local markets and pub street. Lots of tuktuks are available directly outside to go anywhere that you don't want to walk to. Hotel staff is very nice and speak good enough English to communicate. Only issue is that although some rooms have ”windows” they face the inside of the building and don't get any natural light. I would definitely recommend staying there, but next time I would make sure my room faces the outside.

I was here for 5 nights first I booked only 2 nights for working purposes hotel very kind to provide early checkin because I travelled from Phnom Penh to Siem Reap night time and arrive early than checkin hours, after the exhausting journey when I get in the room it was surprisingly with the design which I like and feel so comfortable with the bed and the setup. Bathroom and Toilet was separate so it’s easy for me or other travelers traveling for 2 people. The aircon was working well and the environment in this hotel was freshly along with green plants. Hotel reception was very friendly and helpful. If you talk about location this hotel is the best surrounding by many restaurants, pharmacy, old market and the most popular place is PubStreet. After 2 nights stay I decided to extended my stay for another 3 night without hesitate. Good value for your trip in Siem Reap

The Le Grande Indochine Hotel is truly exceptional and highly recommended! The impeccable service and friendly staff make it feel like a top-notch five-star establishment. The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed with a seamless blend of traditional and contemporary elements, rivaling any high-end hotel. The breakfast buffet next to the picturesque pool offers a delightful start to the day. The pool itself is inviting and well-maintained. The hotel's location is convenient, with a short 10-minute walk to the city center. For those who prefer not to walk, the receptionist can easily arrange a Tuk Tuk. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ – Efficient Stay in Prime Location (With Room for Smiles) Stayed one night at Ibis Styles Siem Reap with a group of 5 last weekend. Location is unbeatable—right by Pub Street—which is both a blessing and a mild curse: expect some nightlife noise. Rooms are compact but smartly designed, clean, and well-equipped. Rooftop pool and terrace on Floor 3 are a nice bonus with views of the street and nearby stream. Drawbacks: Staff felt grumpy and disengaged at both check-in and check-out. Floor layout is a maze—signage needs improvement. Bathroom setup needs a proper door & lock between shower and toilet. Still, for the price and location, it’s a solid pick. Would recommend—with earbuds and low expectations for hospitality warmth.

I really recommend this hotel. The entire hotel is surrounded by green plants and is very close to nature. It has two swimming pools. They are very clean and the facilities are very new. I must praise their service. All the waiters are warm and friendly. Self-service The breakfast is also a must-have, rich in variety and very delicious. I ordered something different every day after staying for four days😋The price/performance ratio far exceeds the domestic level of 2000+

Stayed here for 2 nights, then booked for another night but realised I had already booked for another island. The app said can’t be canceled but I checked with the hotel and they said “ don’t worry we will help you “ and cancelled successfully with full refund. The whole place is full of greenery and pure silent atmosphere. Great team to take care of the guest plus location is the big benefit. Highly recommended
