Very nice hotel, very pleasant, with beautiful green spaces, a magnificent setting, a beautiful swimming pool. Authentic and typical decoration. Bungalows with very comfortable furniture. Very professional, caring, discreet and available staff. Excellent value for money.

The resort is fantastic. While staying in a small hut I felt like a visitor on an island.
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They even helped me when I had problems with my credit card.
The massages I booked were great, too. The food is good.

The staff's response was really pleasant.
The staff member saw us coming out of the room when we checked out, checked the room, found something we had left behind, and immediately ran after us to let us know. This is a typical example of great customer service. Here are two examples.
I had to take a vehicle to get to the downtown area and sightseeing spots, and sometimes the sounds of plants and animals bothered me at night, but I woke up to the chirping of birds in the morning and could access almost anywhere by taking a tuk-tuk. It's done.
My son was very happy that the room had not only a private pool but also a bathtub, and I'm glad we were able to spend three days relaxing.
