Not a bad hotel, clean, 10 minutes to pub street on foot, good internet. But for the way from the air conditioner they demanded $5 per day.

Very well located, very nice spacious rooms but not extremely clean. The owner is lovely but the other staff members are very unpleasant. Despite smiles, hellos etc., you never get an answer, they look at you as if you were a monkey and they stare at you when you leave the hotel because they spend their day in the reception. It's quite unpleasant

I liked everything: the staff is very friendly, the attitude is as if I came home. Cleanliness - nothing to complain about.
Breakfast - there is no variety here. Omelette / scrambled eggs / boiled eggs / butter / fruit (two types of sliced), but it was enough for me and my son. The pool is clean, nice.
Location - either 15 minutes walk to the sights, or 5 minutes by tuk-tuk.
There is a place to eat nearby - a very good cafe Pumpkin cafe.
I recommend the hotel )

The building is very stylish, the inside is not so beautiful, but not bad, for the money for sure)
The guy from the staff is very friendly and always ready to help, to advise. There are also breakfasts, 5 dishes to choose from.
Of the minuses: While I lived for about a couple of weeks, they did not clean the room, did not change the towels, and did not bring water, even if I wrote in the application. Overall, I was satisfied. For the money, a good option.
