wunderbares kleines Hotel, perfekte Lage im Stadtzentrum, dabei ganz ruhig. Wunderschöner zentraler Swimmingpool mit anscheinend gut aufbereiteten Wasser. - wir waren hier fünf Tage mit der ganzen Familie (zwei Erwachsene, fünf Kinder) in zwei Zimmern (jeweils zwei Doppelbetten. Die Zimmer zum Innenhof gelegen, angenehme Deko. Sanitärausstattung völlig in Ordnung.– Das Resto bietet die übliche Mischung aus Khmer und Western. Durchaus reichhaltiges Buffet. – sehr freundliche Bedienung und Personal. – Anmerkung: wenn ihr mit kleinen Kindern unterwegs seid, gebt acht, dass diese mit den Fingern nicht zu sehr am Schwimmbeckenrand reiben (Naturstein), sonst kann sich eine Hautreaktion (leicht schmerzhaft, beginnende Blasenbildung) entwickeln. Diese ist aber harmlos und geht nach Ende der Pool Benutzung wieder spontan zurück. - perfekter Einstieg in unseren Kambodscha Urlaub, natürlich mit Besichtigung von Angkor

Gewoon fantastisch! Een hidden paradise. Voelt als thuis, heel vriendelijk personeel, schoon, goed uitgebreid ontbijt en een heerlijk zwembad. De keuken is goed, waardoor je voor redelijke prijzen lekker op het resort kunt blijven eten en drinken. Er is ook mogelijkheid tot wellness op het resort. Dit is relatief wel prijzig, maar kwalitatief goed. En het is het fijn dat je het resort er niet voor af hoeft. De ligging is net buiten het centrum, maar wel op loopafstand van verschillende restaurantjes, barretjes en de night market. Kortom, wij raden iedereen die een paar nachten in Siem Reap wil verblijven dit hotel aan. Ongedwongen, relaxed en onbezorgd.

Super mooi boutique hotel. Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk. Het is een oase van rust in het drukke Siem Reap. De kamers zijn schoon en liggen allemaal aan het zwembad. Bij zwembad liggen altijd voldoende handdoeken. Echt een aanrader!

Geweldig hotel. Zo vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Mooi zwembad en de kamers zijn netjes op orde. De leiding neemt jonge mensen in dienst om ze het vak te leren. Hij is heel open en vriendelijk. Je ziet en voelt dat ze een team vormen. Ze staan voor je klaar en voelt je welkom. Mooi dat ze de kans krijgen om zich positief te vormen in de lastige tijd na Covid. Zeker aanrader!!! En vlak bij t centrum.

L’hôtel était bien situé non loin du grand marché, le jardin est joli . Notre chambre était vieillissante et sentait l’humidité, le climatiseur pas très efficace. La restauration pas terrible, bref nous n’avons pas été satisfait de notre séjour. Je dois quand même dire que le personnel est très serviable .

Sehr gut gelegen in Siem Reap befindet sich dieses Hotel. Es verfügt über einen hübsch angelegten Garten mit Poolanlage. Die Zimmer sind einfach eingerichtet und bereits etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das (sehr junge) Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit und trägt zum guten Gesamteindruck des Hauses maßgeblich bei. Auch das Frühstücksbuffett ist wirklich gut. Für den Fall, dass das Management des Hotels diese Bewertung liest, hier einige Hinweise, die ohne riesigen Aufwand dieses Hotel attraktiver machen würden: 1. stellt Eurem Personal bessere Reinigungsuntensilien zur Verfügung. Die Lappen mit denen die Houskeeping-Mitarbeiter reinigen würde ich nicht mal zum reinigen meines Autos verwenden! 2. bringt Euren Innenpool in Ordnung. Schirme, Liegenauflagen und vor allem Poolhandtücherbenötigen einen dringenden Komplettaustausch. Die Überlaufabdeckung am Pool ist eine große Gefahrenquelle und sollte schleunigst saniert werden 3. Die Klimageräte in den Zimmern sind leider auch in einem überholungswürdigen Zustand. (Z.B. funktioniert die Fan-Funktion nicht) Wenn diese Punkte korrigiert werden, steht einer höheren Bewertung sicher nichts im Wege!

Hôtel très sympa et surtout calme. Il est à 10 minutes à pied du vieux marché (Phsar Chas). Les chambres sont grandes, avec bouilloire, thé, café, peignoirs, frigo, clim. La salle de bain avec WC à une baignoire et une douche (le must), la piscine est ouverte de 7h à 22h (trop pratique) et elle est magnifique. Le matelas est très dur (nous avons fait 2 chambres différentes et c'était pareil dans les 2). Autre petite chose à savoir, les prix au bar sont en $ et c'est le seul endroit dans Siem Riep ou il multiplie par 4100 (partout c'est 4000) pour la conversion. Quand on râle, le personnel répond que c'est la politique de l’hôtel mais l'on fini par avoir gain de cause. Le petit déjeuner est un buffet et il y en a pour tous les gouts. Je garde l'adresse car calme, bien placé et le personnel est souriant et agréable.
