The people in Cambodia are all friendly but the service and friendliness at Sam So was next level. So charming and sunny, so helpful and polite. Would certainly stay again and really happy to leave a full five star review. A

Not very clean, smells a bit musty. The staff speak confused English, located in an alley with a rough entrance. The swimming pool seems not well maintained as it should be.

Ein echtes Wohlfühlhotel – ruhig gelegen, aber zentral! Das Sam So Boutique Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße, und trotzdem ist man in nur 5 bis 10 Minuten zu Fuß an der Pub Street und mitten im Geschehen. Die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet – mit Naturstein-Dusche und Badewanne, Kühlschrank, TV, Klimaanlage und eigenem Balkon. Der Pool ist wunderschön, sauber und enthält Salzwasser – ideal zum Abschalten nach einem langen Tag in den Tempeln. Was uns besonders begeistert hat: das unglaublich herzliche Team und die wunderbaren Inhaber. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen – persönlich, ehrlich, zugewandt. Das Frühstück war jeden Morgen frisch und lecker – immer begleitet von einem großzügigen Teller mit tropischen Früchten. Herzlichen Dank! Wir haben uns so wohlgefühlt, dass wir am liebsten gar nicht abgereist wären. Absolute Empfehlung!

Wonderful hotel, hosts are very nice and helpful. Great swimming pool and room, both very clean. Comfortable bed, good homemade breakfast. Hotel is close to the city center, yet in a quiet location where you don't get disturbed by anything. Highly recommended.

Excellent hôtel ou vous vous sentirez comme à la maison, les propriétaires sont aux petits soins pour vous accueillir. Vous pourrez vous relaxer au bord de la piscine en préparant la visite des Temples et de la ville avec le propriétaire Sam So qui est guide et parle plusieurs langues dont le français.

Charmant petit guethouse, tenu par un couple adorable. ( Sel Sotheavy et Sam So ). C'est un endroit calme et paisible. La piscine est très agréable. Pour tous vos déplacements et vos visites, Sel Sotheavy se fera un plaisir de s'occupe de tout. Je recommande vivement.

Très bel hôtel, très accueillant, cadre magnifique et bien situé par rapport au centre ville . La présence de la piscine est un plus pour se détendre après une journée à visiter les temples ! Le personnel est très l'écoute. Merci à Sam So et son équipe pour leur accueil ! Nous reviendrons !

Due to condition of hotel we didn't stay. As soon as we went in room we found no Air condition, bugs were flying all over and no elevator. Owner was very rude and she refused to refund us. Immediately we left and moved in to different hotel. I urge ******* to refund us.
