Very satisfied in all respects:
Beautiful, clean luxury room.
Extensive luxury breakfast buffet.
Possibility to have lunch and/or dinner a la carte.
Beautifully maintained garden with large swimming pool and pool bar.
Beautiful hygienic spa environment with expert massage treatments.
The hotel is a short drive from the center. Tuktuk always nearby.
And last but not least, very friendly, helpful and good English speaking staff.
They all ensured a relaxing stay!!
Also the staff behind the scenes who ensure a clean and beautiful environment and who provide the food.
We will definitely return on a next visit to Siem Reap.

Despite the incorrect information about the free shuttle bus posted on Trip, the hotel was perfect in all aspects. The downside was that the location was a bit far from Firm Street, but the experience of returning to the hotel by tuk-tuk for about $2 was also new. 99.9 points out of 100.

It was my first time staying at The Royal Family Suite by Memoire Palace Resort and Spa and I loved it! I stayed at the Grand Pool Suite, it was luxurious and spacious. 10/10 would recommend. Love the view, room, pool & buffet! Definitely staying there again in the future.
