The room smelled bad, couldn't sleep at all, the water smelled of rust, the doors and windows were damaged. The entrance is very bad and dangerous. It's dark, but there are security guards watching out. The breakfast is very bad. The cups, plates, and bowls for food are dirty. The room is very expensive. It's a room that Trip found for them because Booked another school and it was full. So they compensated for the difference. Very disappointed.

Love how cozy and chill this place is, staff are nice and the rooms are pretty good at that price, enjoy my stay here overall. Swimming pool is nice, we hangout there and grab some food. One more thing is that I recommend this place for someone who is looking for a quite and relax place to stay at

Make me keep remember home away from home, hidden gym, location is only 100 meter from local market witch you can see more local culture . great for family and couple. they have also restaurant and bar on side. highly recommend. or one more thing , use their tuk tuk driver is the best option as they could introduce you a lot of place in Siem Reap

We stayed at Reveal Angkor Hotel in Siem Reap, and it was a fantastic experience! ✨Quiet & Cozy Location: The hotel is perfectly situated – near the city center but not right on the main road, so it’s a peaceful and relaxing spot away from the hustle and bustle. ✨Great for Families: My kids absolutely loved the pool! It was the perfect place for them to cool off and have fun after a day of sightseeing. ✨Delicious Breakfast: The breakfast was a treat! The servings were generous, and there was a great selection of seasonal fruits – a perfect way to start the day. ✨Outstanding Service: Ms. Teng was incredibly hospitable, and the entire service team was kind, attentive, and always eager to help. They made us feel right at home. If you’re traveling with family, friends, or in a big group, I highly recommend Reveal Angkor Hotel. It’s a cozy, quiet spot with excellent service and everything you need for a memorable stay in Siem Reap!

The staff was friendly but the facility does not match what the pictures looked like and has not been maintained. After 10 mins in the room, I had to book another hotel. My son and I arrived around 11pm after delayed flights. The room had a dank, musty smell but I thought it could go away once I turned on the AC. We went to wash our hands in the bathroom and there was no soap or hand towel or even washcloth. The faucet sprayed water out at us rather than downward. After the general uncleanliness this gave off I checked the bed. Under both the pillow and again pulling back the bed sheet there were bedbugs jumping around. I would not recommend.
