The location of the hotel is super good. It is in the city center and very convenient for travel. There are various snacks behind the hotel. It is very close to Taiping Old Street and Pozi Street. You can see the light show of Xiangjiang River from the T high floor. The robot on the first floor is also very cute☺️

I am pleasantly stunned by the level of service at this mansion. Throughout my 4 days, 3 nights stay here - my fiance and myself have felt taken care of like we've never experienced before. Service with a smile, attentiveness at a level beyond imagination. Some examples (i) had a mini buffet line line day for breakfast, and I saw the staff taking out some fresh papaya, I told my fiancé to be ready and grab them as it's her favourite, the staff came by and asked if w we'd live some fresh cut papaya and she had it delivered to us. (ii) Had a nice sit down by the pool, a staff came by and offered complimentary honey lemon tea and fresh cut apple (iii) got a birthday cake on late arrival back to the property (iv) they take feedback seriously here - made a pleasant remark regarding the laksa served during breakfast - seemed like the entire crew are aware of it prior to the grand send-off on check out.
I don't think I'd ever find another accomodation that offer services at this level, oh and our room is clean spacious and smell good throughout our stay! I miss all them already, wish to come back again

We spent three nights with our family at the hotel. It was the best hotel during our trip! Unfortunately, we didn't have the strength and time to visit the hotel's SPA, but I think it was just as wonderful as the rest of the service at the hotel. The service is incredibly impeccable. Every time you return, you are greeted with a glass of ice water and cool napkins to quickly recover from the heat! The hotel organizes and pays for a tuk-tuk one way to the city center. The return trip is 2 dollars. You can walk to the center, but it is very hot. The hotel's surroundings are a bit scary, but once inside, you find yourself in a fabulous oasis. The hotel is built in such a way that all the rooms overlook the pool, and the pool is quiet and blissful. And just a million lotus flowers! They are everywhere as decorations! The photos in the gallery match. Continental breakfasts, which is a bit unusual, but the choice is large, you can take several breakfast options at the same time, cheese, sausage, fruits, vegetables (all kinds of cuts) - buffet. We had dinner at the hotel one evening, got acquainted with Khmer cuisine, and were satisfied. The linen and towels were excellent. There was hot water at any time, shower gels, shampoo, conditioner - everything in the right amount. Drinking water was provided at 500 ml per guest. Welcome fruits and cocktails upon arrival. In the evening, they always brought a sweet dessert (cookies). There is a swimming pool, towels are provided. If you do not mind getting to the center by tuk-tuk, then I can recommend Khmer Mansion Residence for a comfortable stay in Siem Reap.
