6 people including parents and kids arrived at 2:30 local time
Our room wasn't cleaned, so they made excuses and told us to wait.
There was no air conditioning in the lobby and restaurant, so we had to wait for an hour in another room that wasn't cleaned before we could check in. We made a reservation because there was a kiddie pool because of the kids, but the water quality of the pool was not managed at all, and the staff said that the pool filter system wasn't working.
My son had an allergic reaction after swimming, so he got hives like in the picture, and my legs were bitten by bed bugs. The towels were dusty because they hadn't been used for a long time, and we booked the largest room for 2 nights, but they said there was no gas in the gas stove, and there was no power cord for the TV in Room 2,
and there was only one air conditioner remote control... It seemed like a hotel that had closed down and was about to reopen and start renovations. Only breakfast was available, and the restaurant and bar were closed. The breakfast coffee was only mixed coffee, and it was really crap breakfast. Please don't go to a place like this... There are only buildings under construction in front of the hotel and rice fields. A tuk-tuk ride to and from the city is $8, and the Angkor Wat tour is $25... It costs $8 to go to the convenience store and back. It's the worst hotel I've ever stayed in, but the staff is nice. Please don't go.

It's on the outskirts of Siem Reap, so it's not a bad place to stay for a day or two if you want a quiet place. Just because the price is cheap, you shouldn't expect quality service, and the accommodation itself is clean.

VERY SPACIOUS bungalows,extremely friendly & helpful staff.A little bit on the outskirt of town but it’s manageable.The pool is operational again & the gym is alright also.Ps.: if you need a driver do yourself a favour and ask for Sony.

The beds had blood stains. When I went to the reception there was nobody there. After half an hour I tried to message and call staff. Response took half an hour. We got “new” bed linnen that had no blood stains, but other stains. Under the bed there was trash. In the fridge were opened water bottles. The breakfast was really bad compared to other places we have been to in Asia. We booked for a week but left after the first night. The taxi driver told us that some hotels didn’t recover after Covid. But this is also bad management, and just a horrible place to stay. For something that advertises as a resort. Maybe a resort in the 19th century.
