Above all, the hospitality of the staff is wonderful.
When you return, they provide you with a cold towel.
Also, when we went on an early morning tour of Angkor Wat, they gave us a packed breakfast to take home.
The room was very clean and neat, and they provided a welcome drink and fruit, which made it very comfortable.
It's close to Pub Street and there are plenty of places to eat around, so it's very convenient.

A warm hotel with thoughtful and meticulous service. It is in a central location, a few minutes' walk from the bar street, but very quiet and comfortable, a quiet place in a bustling city. Superb hotel which is made even more accommodating by fabulous staff that go out of their way to ensure you have an amazing stay.
Location: 3 minutes walk from bar street and market area which is close enough not to hear any of the night time noise yet be in the middle of the wonderful Siem reap night scene. Perfect proximity for myself with a young family.
Hotel: medium sized hotel well maintained and very clean. Pool is good sized and perfect for to chill out after a long day at the temples or markets. Rooms are excellent quality and perfect for my family.
Staff: Top marks for the staff, truly an unforgettable experience and I have stayed in many 5 star hotels worldwide. The service surpassed anything I had ever experienced, staff would be there immediately when you arrived at any point In the day with cold towels and water for your convenience. They were forever helpful with any requests and would always go above and beyond to ensure your stay was perfect. This is an outstanding hotel team and made the stay 100% better as we felt like part of the family.
Food: Breakfast menu has lots of variety and we tried most during the stay and all were great quality and very tasty. Set menu was great and we thoroughly enjoyed the traditional Khmer set to taste the local cuisines. The hand made nuts they have for sale and also come free with a drink from the bar are moreish and I had to purchase 3 bags to take home to keep my family happy.
Overall… I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is wishing for a comfortable and homely stay in Siem Reap who doesn’t want the chaos of the city centre but still wants to be close enough to easily walk there and back for shopping/food/drinking.

As the reviews said, the hospitality was excellent. Not only the front desk staff, but also the bellboys, restaurant staff, and cleaning staff all smiled and provided attentive service.
There are countless examples, but when I showed interest and asked, they politely taught me Khmer, when I was worried about being bitten by a mosquito at breakfast, they prepared insect repellent spray for me, and when I returned to the hotel, they noticed right away and prepared a cold towel and water for me. They remembered my name well and always made me feel at ease with small talk.
・The rooms are comfortable and wonderful. The pool can be seen from the room, and there is a balcony, so you can enjoy the resort atmosphere.
In addition to water, they also prepared snacks for the properly cleaned room.
・As it was my first time in Siem Reap, the location in the center was very convenient. There is a loud club nearby, but you can relax without feeling any noise. Restaurants, laundry, spa, a Japanese-run fresh pepper shop, etc. are all within walking distance, which is convenient.
・For breakfast, you can choose from several main menus, and salads, bread, fruit, etc. are buffet style. (I recommend the Khmer noodles) You can relax and enjoy breakfast by the pool.
- There is no problem with the water pressure or temperature of the shower. It is comfortable. There is no bathtub, but there is a rain shower. Amenities are also provided, and there is conditioner, so women don't need to worry if they forget theirs.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Khmer Mansion Boutique Hotel in Siem Reap, just steps from the famous Pub Street, and I highly recommend it! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with incredible warmth, and every member of staff demonstrated professionalism and kindness that truly marked my stay.
The thoughtful, everyday gestures, such as the personalized service and extreme courtesy of everyone, really made the difference. A big thank you to Nana, who was particularly lovely! She greeted me with a genuine smile and took the time to escort me to the exit after I checked out. These kinds of little touches really make all the difference and create a friendly and authentic atmosphere.
The hotel is charming, well-located, and offers an unforgettable local experience. I will not hesitate to return and recommend it to my friends!
