Receptionist was very warm, welcoming, and friendly. I felt comfortable and homely. The Wi-Fi wasn't the best and could improve. The room could be cleaner, there were a lot of cobwebs in the bedroom and bathroom. Some of the lights in the bedroom didn't work. The location is excellent, within walking distance of the night markets, pub street and the main road that leads up to Angkor Wat. The hotel offers tours, bike/motorbike rentals at the going rate and offers discounts. Overall, the service and location out way any of its shortcomings.

The place is on the side of the road, but not too noisy, it's a shame there is no lift, there is only a spiral staircase, the staff is very friendly and kind, I was given a room on the 3rd floor because I brought a lot of stuff, they immediately took the initiative to give me the 1st floor, I think that's a kindness, on the top floor you can sit back and relax enjoying the coffee you brought from your room, and watch life in a relaxed manner

The staff were really friendly and helpful and the location was great! Bed was comfortable. The hot shower was amazing!
The room is very old and could you a real deep clean. The pillows on the beds were really hard and the door on the toilet wouldn’t shut properly if you weren’t inside to lock it, this would let bugs in as the bathroom had gaps to outside
