Super beautiful hotel with amazing atmosphere of tropical paradise with each and every detail refined. Fantastic food and wonderful service. Their spa is a bliss! And their Apsara Theater is a cherry on a cake to complete the experience. In reality it looks even better than on photos

Amazing hotel, breakfast simple but very good, location is just perfect, walking distance from night markets, quality of amenities is lovely, interior design is just beautiful. Only thing I didn't like was bathtub not working, everything else was just perfect, especially attention from staff, they put too much effort to make you feel comfortable. Best hotel in town

Very pleasant stay. Staff very accommodating, as vegetarian options are not much during breakfast menu the staff arranged to cook and served us vegetarian fried noodles, vegetarian fried rice with vegetarian soup.

Beautiful hotel. Staff was very friendly. They forgot we booked two rooms when we arrived but 10 mins later the issue was resolved. Welcome drink and hospitality was nice especially after a full say of traveling. The food was really good the one night we had dinner there. The bed is a bit firm. I didn’t mind but my friend did. Beautiful views from the room. No tv in the rooms tho lol I personally like to fall asleep to a little tv but truly no big deal. The gym however, was the definition of basic. Very minimal equipment but it’s better than nothing.

The hotel is a tropical paradise within the city of Siem Reap. The cottages constructed in tropical style come with a great view of the gardens and the swimming pool. The service is excellent with a lot of attention paid to the details. The Apsara dance at the hotel is a league apart. A great stay.

Very Good

The hotel is beautiful and the location is very good, as if you are in a paradise surrounded by green plants and flowers.
Facilities: The suite is huge and the balcony is big, but there are too many mosquitoes and I dare not open the doors and windows
Hygiene: Fantastically clean and spotless.
Service: The attitude is very good but the work is not rigorous enough. The hotel car booked in advance on the last day did not inform the driver of the destination
There is a big problem in this hotel that needs to be improved. The nearby bar KTV is noisy until four in the morning, which greatly affects sleep, let alone the guests who are very tired after visiting Angkor Wat for a day.

Very old and noisy aircon and tired taps (very short range from cold to burn water in the shower) but very professional, friendly and helpfull staff, wonderfull luxury garden and amazing breakfast, nice choice of good quality massage and a happy hour Time 😁 I like the bottle opener fixed in the wood around the minibar

Stayed for 3 nights during a short break to Cambodia and thoroughly enjoyed the well appointed room and serene atmosphere that the enclosed meticulously maintained hotel grounds provide. A perfect place to relax following a tiring exploration of Angkor Wat and other historic sights with snacks and signature cocktails around the pool much appreciated. Enjoyed two of the Cambodian set menus in the restaurant for dinner and welcomed the tailored breakfast options rather than a buffet. Impeccably polite and attentive staff. Well located within walking distance to river, night market and broader restaurant options.

If you would like to get some kudos from your partner then this is a place to stay. My wife was so surprised with the style of rooms , just not what you would expect in Siam Reap. The web photos being accurate. It is also centrally situated so just a short walk to the river and main eateries and bars. Taxi from the airport straight forward- taxi’s here and Phnom Penh appeared properly regulated so no stress incurred at either airport. Best to take US $ ( small denominations snd fresh notes) for payment. I think it was 35$ each way. Great staff, everything just right

This hotel is amazing! The architecture and landscaping is stunning. From the moment we arrived the guest experience was wonderful. Refreshment beverage and cold towel were a fitting welcome after a day of travel. The hotel arranged a private tour for us to several temples in the area. Our guide (Sonny) and our driver were very courteous and accommodating and made us feel welcome and at ease. Excellent English, very knowledgable. Amazing history was shared with us with exceptional detail. Sonny’s narrative kept us captivated all day long as we visited Angkor Wat, Ta Prohm and Bayan ruins. An amazing experience. Highly recommended!

First impressions are of the most stunning gardens, with traditional Khmer houses only on two floors and built traditionally. Further inspection is that the construction is solid which is good, but with such care that the appearance is traditional but with modern sound proofing, AC etc. No television, and the Wi-Fi was two bars, so it generally worked fine enough. Dining room open sided with water on three sides. Pool surrounded by vegetation. Staff super friendly. Not snag was a limited dining menu and as my husband is allergic to nuts etc, almost nothing on the rather limited menu was edible for him, so after one meal of spaghetti Bol...... we had to eat in other places.

This is one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever stayed at and is an incredibly special experience. First the staff are all super lovely and helpful. We arrived later in the evening and were invited to sit as they checked us in. Welcome drinks with cold towels were provided and much appreciated. Then they guided us to the room, provided a tour, and brought up our luggage. The room was spacious and lovely with wonderful amenities. Turn down service with sweet treats, plenty of water, and welcome fruits. The restaurant is well priced and open air surrounded by a fantastic pond. We had breakfast and dinner at the restaurant and never had a bad meal. The entire hotel is stunning, with high walls surrounding the hotel, lush plants, hanging vines, you forget you are in the city. The pool is as nice as the photos. It can get busy but never had issue finding a place to lay. You can order drinks and food from the pool. They offered happy hour in the open air lobby bar with local spirits. Truly a wonderful place to sit and relax with a drink. They also had happy hour on their spa treatments. The massages were fantastic. Following they provided tea and fruit. The hotel arranged a tour of Angkor Wat and surrounding temples. The guide was very knowledgeable and very friendly. We were driven around comfortably, provided a fruit snack, waters, and lunch at a comfortable restaurant. Upon leaving the hotel they provided us a cute frame with Angkor Village Hotel for photos as a gift. I would gladly come back to Siem Reap just for this hotel.

Super relaxing grounds surrounded by pond with fish and many aquatic plants, very green. Friendly staff with many outdoor areas to enjoy and the indoor areas to work, read, or have a meeting. The breakfast is very good with what I think breakfast should be.
