Super spacious room for a super affordable price! I love how calm and serene the place is and seems well maintained. Location was also accessible to many famous attractions (angkor museum, pub street, old market, etc) and within the main highway,too. I will definitely be staying with them again when I’m in Siem Reap in the future! Highly recommended 💯 🌟

As we knew we could not arrive in the city centre from the airport until around 8pm, we chose a hotel just to sleep (we were going to see the sunrise at Angkor Wat the next day) and closer to the Angkor ruins. It was an incredible deal, less than 5000 yen for a family of four, including breakfast!
The entrance here was what appeared to be a balcony, and the elementary school-aged children were excited to be in a different hotel to usual.
There was no TV in the room, but we took a shower and woke up at 4:30am the next morning, so we were in bed before 10am.
I was worried about security, as the lobby was wide open and it seemed like anyone could enter.
However, it was good that breakfast (light meal) was included for this price!

One of the best hotels I've ever been in! Has a big pool in the middle, bar, location is very convenient, they have very nice scooter renting service, which is convenient if you want to explore grand circuit temples by yourself! Rooms are huge and nicely decorated, stuff is super friendly. Hotel has a lot of cats, which I really liked (if you're not a cat person you'll probably be annoyed, though.)
All in all, very pleasant stay, don't really have anything bad to say about the place! Would stay again!

Torn and stained sheets...we asked for them to be replaced. This was done but they put them in our son's room (lol)
Stained, frayed towels, certainly dating from the 1960s!!!
Air conditioning vent in the shower....
Not even a bathroom mat...
The wardrobes in the rooms no longer close as for the hangers.....it's better not to put any other than these antiques...
The friendly cat but who goes through the kitchen hatch (sic)...
In short, a very nice hotel originally but which has had its day....we feel that it's neglected.
Staff: A team of friendly young people but who seem a little lost...20 minutes to find our reservation.
From our magnificent trip to Cambodia, the Prana hotel will remain a bad memory. Too bad.
