It was a very good stay experience. The front desk was polite and I could communicate with half-finished English. The environment is beautiful and the bustling area of Siem Reap is about 10 minutes' drive away.

Actually I slept at this hotel because of I got cancelled from Sla resort and spa. Then Trip.com ask me to change to this hotel, after staying there I feel so fresh and surprised that I can stay there with 3bed plus breakfast for four people with my little money. Thank to Trip.com especially customer service that tried to deal with this issues. Thank you!

Très proche du centre de Siem Reap (un petit quart d’heure à pied du cœur de la ville), cet hôtel présente l’originalité de disposer d’un vaste parc, avec une végétation luxuriante et deux piscines. Les chambres spacieuses disposent d’une bonne literie et d’un confort satisfaisant. Salles de bains un peu anciennes mais avec tout ce qu’il faut (eau chaude, petit matériel). Le personnel est souriant et agréable. C’est donc un hôtel avec de la personnalité et agréable, un peu à l’ancienne mais plein de charme.

This hotel has everything you need and the convenience of paying for tuk tuk rides and transportation to the airport on your hotel tab. It’s a great place to stay or just relax. Try the massages there, they are wonderful.

Accoglienza meravigliosa, personale qualificato, di una gentilezza squisita, una pulizia impeccabile sia nelle camere che nelle aree esterne, due piscine tenute benissimo, il personale della reception parla bene e capisce benissimo l'inglese, l'hotel e' situato nelle vicinanze dei bellissimi mercati, compreso quello notturno, ed è anche abbastanza vicino alle zone di interesse archeologico. Offre un servizio di lavanderia ottimo e veloce nella riconsegna, la colazione è servita a buffet, non esageratamente vario ma comunque più che sufficiente per iniziare bene la giornata, si trova comunque scelta tra dolce e salato, le uova vengono cucinate sul momento. Lo consiglio vivamente. Arrivederci, grazie di tutto, siamo stati veramente bene!

The hotel is beautiful and well maintained. The staff are friendly, kind and very helpful. May is low tourist season, but that did not in anyway lessen the service and care. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and I would definitely stay here again.

What a Lovely tranquil place. Has 2 swimming pools. 1 larger good for kids and fantastic long pool in the quiet area of the hotel, suitable for couples who are looking for rest after a good day visiting Ankor Wat. We had the pool most of our time to ourselves and enjoyed a drink a bite. Kitchen offers a nice menu card and afternoon snacks. Breakfast could have a bit more variety, we were missing ham, cheese, lettuce, tomato, cucumber to put on the delicious bread. That would have made breakfast complete. The egg station is a wonderful service, although the young servants do not always understand English. Nevertheless we strongly recommend the place. Tip: install Grab app on your phone in Cambodia! We have taken the tuktuk many times. Just less than 1 dollar to pubstreet area.

The hotel used to be nice, I am sure, however it has not been maintained and the cleaning services are very poor. Many spiderwebs wherever you can imagine, all the furniture was worn out and the breakfast, although tasty, created stomach problems for me.
