Good service and kind

1. Location is closed to the river, old market, night market, pub street etc but you need to walk over 15 mins or take a cab of tuk tuk for a 1 USD to reach 2. Hotel have laundry service for a dollar around and have small shops 3. Wat (Temple) Bo is on a walk 4. Giant Ibis Bus Station is also near by 5. The room and bathroom is big size and hot water and internet is good 6. The staff is helpful 7. No lift so you need to walk 2 floors up 8. The hotel is moderately old

A good place to stay with a family. A nice swimming pool, clean rooms. Big thanks to the friendly and helpful staff!

Good service, good room, complete amenities in the room, friendly, there is a good corner to sit and work. Impressed, the reception staff are all lovely.

The bath and shower had no hot water, just cold water. It was pointless to have a bathtub. It was a shame because it was cool in the mornings and evenings.

It's located in a quiet place and the staff are friendly.

Booked hotel for 4 nights in October 23 and despite emails confirming booking on arrival in April we were told that they no longer had a room available. Tried telling us that because the person who confirmed our booking no longer worked for the Hotel they could not accept our booking. When asked if they could find another hotel for us the staff said nearest available hotel was 2 km away without even making contact. Also while waiting we heard guests complaining about non functioning air conditioning.
