温水がでなくて、相談したらすぐに対応してくれた。
部屋はキングベッドが２つの部屋を予約したが、とても広く快適だった。
冷蔵庫(ミニバー)はなかったが、頼んだら飲み物は冷やしてくれた！

L’hôtel est très bien placé, au fond d’une petite rue donc au calme.
Le personnel est très attentif et serviable.
La chambre est grande mais un peu vieillissante, la douche pourrait être mieux, pas beaucoup d’eau chaude… mais rien de grave.

This is one of the best value for money hotels we've ever stayed in. The rooms are huge and have beautiful furniture. Everything is spotlessly clean. The location is just a minute's walk up a lane from a good area of Siem Reap. All the staff are super polite. Clean rooftop pool. The food is delicious. We stayed for a week and had the 7 day Angkor Pass. I chose this place over the larger hotels because the reviews were so good. Absolutely brilliant place to stay in a wonderful part of the world. All the photos shown are accurate.
