It's great hotel facilities and services, especially Ms.Chanrey' attitude for customers has highly been appreciated all the time.
Other staffs also was great, Ms. Sam×× at the reception desk was very honest and warm attitude.
Next time always will be there if I visit again to Seam reap in Cambodia.

This is a wonderful quiet beautiful hotel with kind attentive staff. Manager Sambo is very caring, friendly, attentive. In the morning he gives smiles and positive for the whole day. He sets an example for all the staff, motivates everyone to work well. Sambo is the soul of the hotel. Without Sambo, the hotel would have lost most of its charm. We have tried a lot of hotels in Siem Reap but this one is our favorite! We were warmly welcomed with a complementary drink and the staff kindly showed us our room. The room is spacious and smells very nice! The location is also perfect. It's away from the busy and noisy city centre but close enough to get to the centre with a quick tuktuk ride. They also have a gym which has enough equipment for a quick workout. During breakfast, the manager took some time to socialize and provide extra service which was also very nice. The hotel even provided transfer to the bus station at 4 am because we had to leave early and they prepared a breakfast box for us! Overall this hotel has been a great experience and we'll definitely book again when we go to Siem Reap again!

A group of four of us traveled to Angkor Wat, Cambodia, and stayed at Khemara Siem Reap Hotel, a 4-star hotel. This is a hotel with great value for money. The room is big. All solid wood decoration, hygienic. Good service, especially from their head waiter: Sambo, who really provided good service. The free breakfast was plentiful. We stopped eating out and had dinner at the hotel every day. We were originally scheduled to stay for 3 days (February 20th to 22nd) but because the hotel was so good, we added one more day. Delayed one day.
