The location is good, there are many restaurants nearby, and you can walk to Pub Street. It would be even better if the hotel had an elevator.

The hotel's strong point is its location. It's a safe area just minutes from at least two bus stations (airport and Battambang lines). You can easily walk to the Pub Street and Night Market areas. There are also many restaurants nearby, as well as a laundromat right across the street, whose prices vary depending on how long you want your laundry ready. The hotel is somewhat hidden because it's accessed not from the main street (Angkor Night Market Street) but from Steung Thmei. The staff is extremely friendly. They are very attentive to cleaning issues and take care of any situation that arises. I recommend enjoying the pool early in the morning while you wait for the hearty breakfast. It's worth starting the day this way. Remember that it includes free pickup from the bus station (an economical way to get from the airport). In my case, I didn't use it upon arrival and requested it at checkout without any objection. I must mention the excellent service from Miss Kimey and Miss Lem Sreytim. I liked the environmentally friendly details, such as the water refill tanks on each floor and the glass bottle in the room. The suggestion for improvement is a thorough maintenance review of minor issues with light switches and air conditioning in the rooms. Good value for money.

The hotel has very good breakfasts. You can order a transfer to the airport, which is quite far from the city (40 km, 1 hour on the way). As in many other hotels, there is no hot water supplied to the sink, which is inconvenient for shaving, etc.

The hotel is located close to the center of nightlife, market.. cafes, restaurants.. several shops nearby.. bike rental and where you can buy a SIM card. Nice pool. The room is cleaned every day. Air conditioning, refrigerator, wooden safe, robe with slippers.. There are even artifacts from Angkor. You can leave your luggage for a few days. I liked it. If you need a taxi or tickets, it is better to do everything yourself without contacting the staff - it will be faster and cheaper. Install the application for transportation.
