Don't be fooled by SIEMREAP GREEN RESIDENCE. We arrived at the city where we had rented a villa through a well-known (and reliable) travel website. Breakfast and transportation to the city were included, along with a 30% discount on meals. We arrived to check in and found a person at reception who only spoke Khmer. He showed us the villa, and it was very nice. 130 square meters, super comfortable. No complaints. The complaints came quickly. We asked him where the dining room was for breakfast, and he told us it would be delivered to the villa. We took the tuktuk located on the premises to go to dinner, and he said he'd come back for us later. It was fine, but when we returned, the tuktuk driver said we had to pay double the normal rate. We spoke to the operations manager (who did speak English), and he said we had to pay. Well, the first of many. The next morning, they brought us breakfast, which consisted of fried eggs, salad without any dressing, stale sliced ​​bread, and some fruit wrapped in plastic. On the second afternoon, we met two Andalusian couples who told us that fifty meters away they had a cafeteria where they prepared varied and quite good breakfasts, but that they had ordered dinner (remember, it had a 30% discount) and were made to pay the full amount. They wanted to charge them $100 for seven beers when it was $10. They are scam artists. They don't know what seriousness means.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Siemreap Green Residence, where we opted for the family suite. The room was incredibly spacious, featuring a large living room that allowed us plenty of space to relax and unwind after a day of exploring.
