The room is OK. It costs 2 USD to get to CDF, of course it is the price of the tuk-tuk. There is no elevator, so it is quite strenuous to run up the stairs. You need to order breakfast by yourself, and the portion is very small.

I stayed here in April 2025.
The room was larger than I expected, and it had both a shower and a bathtub, which was very useful for relieving fatigue. The staff also changed the twin room to a double bed for free because I was staying alone. They were very kind and provided good service.
There was a school and a bar near the hotel, so it was a little noisy, but the service was so good that I didn't mind. I would like to stay here again if I come to Siem Reap.
