I had a lovely experience at Through The Looking Glass. After a warm welcome by Tanya and the friendly staff, I participated in a yoga class and had breakfast. I don't have much experience with yoga; however, I very much enjoyed the class. The remarkably knowledgeable instructor explained that the style is called Iyangar, which focuses on alignment. I found it challenging, but great for mobility and strength. The movements were also scalable, which I really appreciated as a novice. For breakfast, I had lemongrass tea and a bowl of seasonal mixed fruit with homemade granola, served with very tasty cashew yoghurt. It really was an excellent way to start the day, and I felt amazing after. Will definitely be back!
