I stayed for 5 nights.
The staff at the front desk and restaurant all had lovely smiles.
The woman at the front desk was quick to arrange a tour for Preah Vihear.
I got a ride to Angkor Wat from a tuk-tuk in front of the hotel... the next day, the same person took me from Beng Mealea to Angkor Thom and other places.
On the last day, I also asked for a museum.
The only disappointment was that I only got a 70-minute oil massage when I asked for a 90-minute one. I was charged $23 for 90 minutes.

Great hotel, HORRIBLE bed
Everything about this hotel was great except the bed. The bed was like sleeping on a wooden pallet, and my husband had a hard spring sticking out into his back. We like firm beds, but this was just plain hard. The staff did all they could to help and gave us several extra bed toppers, which made sleeping bearable. The staff were all so friendly and helpful, breakfast was good, the omelets were some of the best ive ever had, and the hotel grounds were beautiful! Unfortunately none of that changes how hard and uncomfortable the bed was, and thats the reason for the lower review.

I could rent a bicycle cheaply to go to Angkor historic site.
It takes about 20 mins from that hotel.
