這是我在疫情前來住過的酒店。地理位置非常理想。靠近火車站。 這次通過攜程也定這酒店。 沒想到酒店已改名也不捨前台服務了。入住和退房都是自助的。手續還算簡單。 美中不足就是沒有早餐服務了。整體入住到退房還是方便快捷。

It was very difficult to get in when you arrive late. I'm lucky that someone even wanted to come in and open the hotel door. Otherwise, check-in at the machine is easy.

I was in this hotel in 2020, and other times before, I always liked so I decided to come back again for this time, well probably the last one.
Arrived, there's no anymore the reception, so it's completely automatic the check-in, which I can accept if I could be informed before, in front of the door I was without a battery of my phone so I couldn't download the APP necessary to enter, I waited for someone else to open the door (I didn't receive the passcode to open the door even).
Finally, I could enter (open my computer to check the reservation), I got the card pretty smooth, I reached my room and there were 2 beds, I asked for one king bed and in my confirmation was indicated but as no reception, I couldn't get a different room.
the room is the same as in the past, cozy and very clean but everytime I used the shower, the water went out and the floor was complete cover by water
I checked wifi and it didn't work at all in the room, I had to go downstairs on the first floor to have the connection and sit down on the stairs, also here, without reception, I couldn't ask for support.

Die Lage ist gut, aber laut. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt nicht. Der Check in hat funktioniert. Uns hat im Bad ein großer Silberfisch begrüßt und die Dusche stinkt entsetzlich nach Kloake. Der Seifen Spender am Waschbecken und der Shampoo Spender in der Dusche waren bis zum letzten Tropfen leer und das werden die wohl mutmaßlich auch bleiben. Zimmer 201.

No reception services, after booking i didn't get any reservation code so to open the door...to get inside and be able to self check-in i have to call a service number....once in the room, light is not working, TV also last night was not working,, today no towels....really the worst hotel experience of my life.

Das Hotel ist ein reiner Online-Betrieb ohne anwesendes Personal. Die Zimmer sind grosszügig und hell, die Betten bequem, die Lage verkehrsgünstig aber laut. Der Betrieb macht einen auf Umwelt und Nachhaltigkeit, findet es aber nicht nötig, die Sonnenstoren an den Fenstern in Funktion zu halten. So muss den ganzen Tag die Klimaanlage in Betrieb bleiben, damit sich das Zimmer nicht, so wie bei der Anreise, auf über als 40 °C erheizt. Das WLAN fällt immer wieder kurzzeitig aus (Hotel nennt sich Digitalbetrieb!). Ein Frühstück wird nicht angeboten, weil es im Haus kein passendes Lokal gäbe, dabei liegt gleich gegenüber ein tolles Café, welches von Montag bis Samstag geöffnet hat. Auch verfügen die Zimmer über keine Minibar oder wenigstens einen Kühlschrank. Es gibt einen Automaten für Getränke und Snacks an dem aber nur über PayPal gezahlt werden kann. Die Zimmer werden nur jeden zweiten Tag gereingit. Angesichts der geringen Serviceleistung erscheinen einem die Zimmerpreise als deutlich überteuert.
