Et godt sted i rolige omgivelser tæt på gode vandreture og kun 30 min med bil til Køln centrum. Værelset havde høj kvalitet.

Im Prinzip könnten wir alle positiven Bewertungen bestätigen. Schöne große Zimmer, gute Ausstattung, tolle Lage. Dummerweise war es nichts mit der Ruh in der Waldesruh. Ab ca. 4:00 Uhr morgens kam für 2 Stunden ein Flieger nach dem andern rein teilweise in einem Abstand von 3 Minuten. Da war es zu Ende mit der Nachtruhe. Das Hotel lag in der Nacht in der wir da waren genau in der Anflugschneise des Flughafens Köln / Bonn. Selbst bei geschlossenem Fenster waren die Flieger dann noch gut zu hören. Wenn das nicht stört, der kann hier gerne absteigen. Achtung. Es gibt einen Code zum einchecken, den sollte man sich aufschreiben. Vor Ort gibt es keinen Internet Empfang, um den Code im Handy aufrufen zu können. Zum Glück konnte uns der Koch des Traubenwirtes weiter helfen.

Ich war im Rahmen einer Konferenz in der Villa Waldesruh. Die Zimmer waren groß, hell und sehr gemütlich. Das Bad war fast so groß, wie in anderen Hotels das Zimmer. Die Betten waren gut und ich habe trotz der Probleme, die ich normalerweise in fremden Betten mit dem Schlafen habe, sehr gut geschlafen. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und das Frühstück lecker. Die Villa liegt am Waldrand und es gibt sicher viele Möglichkeiten durch die Natur zu wandern.

Traumhafte Location, eingebettet in märchenhafter Umgebung mit tollen Wandermöglichkeiten. Dazu eine abwechslungsreiche regionale Küche für den feinen Gaumen - absoluter Geheimtipp und gerne wieder ! Insbesondere ist noch die vorzügliche Weinkarte mit sehr moderaten Preisen zu erwähnen 🥇
