The hotel we chose temporarily due to flight changes, Swiss Bell should be a local business hotel chain in Indonesia. The overall service is OK, we can communicate in English, but the reply to WhapsApp is a bit slow (they said they can pick us up, but I waited for more than an hour on WA and still didn't get a reply, so I called a Grab from the airport to the hotel 🙃). There are not many shops around, which is not very convenient, but there are quite a lot of ATMs. The dinner dishes are OK, but there is still a problem, slow... It took more than half an hour to be served, and there were no other guests in the restaurant that night... Just remind the friends behind me that if you want to pick up, it is better to make an appointment in advance on WA.
