Fabulous hotel, food and the service was impeccable. Room beautifully presented. Great selection of coffees and teas, coffee machine as well as a kettle. Extremely comfortable bed. Good selection of pillows. Fantastic position on the seafront, can’t wait to go back…

I have been 6 times here it's brilliant stayed room 11 Seaview. Impeccable throughout. Food drinks breakfast outstanding ZIMA the manager extremely friendly and it was great to come back here again. Can't wait and SIDMOUTH is truely worth visiting. Met my navy mate THE DUKES BEST HOTEL EVER can't wait to come back

We had a fantastic stay at Dukes. The staff were so helpful and welcoming. Our room was clean and we were really impressed with the size of it. Location is perfect, meant we didn’t have to drive once we arrived in Sidmouth. Breakfast was an extra treat too! We will definitely be back!

Excellent location and food very good. The car park charge for 24 hours was excessive £10. This was an issue with many guests. We stayed in room 26. Cold when we arrived as the curtains were covering the radiator. The corridor outside the room was also cold? Lighting in the room was very poor. These last few points are for management. We certainly will be returning.

very disappointing for the money
room on second floor, no lift available, so no use if you have mobility issues which we both did. Room needed a few things repaired in it, re curtains and bathroom needed attention. For a 5 star accommodation this should be perfect as paid £362 for two nights. good sea view. Breakfast was disappointing as presentation and choice of help your self starters not good. Marmalade missing on two mornings. Got parking first night, but second night no spaces so had to pay £12 to stay overnight at end of town car park. Room service very poor as duvet just flung up which we could have done ourselves. Had fish and chips first night which was very good.
