Es ist sehr nett familiär eigentlich alles super nette Leute Lage top essen war OK für den Preis in Ordnung Rezeption war halt nicht so nett alles andere war OK mehr wie ne Woche hätte ich nicht verbracht ehrlich wer aber was günstig und sauber will und keine Ansprüche hat ist es ok

Забронировали отель на Островок.ру. оплатили. После ночного перелёта и трехчасового переезда из аэропорта на рецепшене сообщают что номеров у них нет. Попросили до выяснения ситуации предоставить номер на сутки за наличный расчёт. Отказали. Подключился к интернету на рецепшене созвонился с поддержкой Островка. Оператор пообещал решить проблему и отзвониться в течение часа. Так как сумку не успел приобрести попросил на рецепшене подождать обратной связи с оператором Островок.ру. На что по указанию хозяина отеля получил отказ иугрузы если не покину территорию отеля вызвать полицию. До отого прочитали аналогичный отзыв где выставили семью с детьми. Не поверили что такое в принципе возможно. Такое отношение к людям говорит не просто о непрофесионализме хозяина и сотрудниках отеля а и о общечеловеческих качествах этих людей.

НЕ ВЫБИРАЙТЕ ЭТОТ ОТЕЛЬ!!! Забронировали этот отель через сайт Островок за сутки, оплатили картой, пришло подтверждение и думали, что все нормально - отдыхаем! Но какое получили разочарование и негативное отношение к персоналу отеля из-за этой ситуации! Добирались до отеля из аэропорта Антальи примерно часа 3 ''своим ходом''. Уставшие, вымотанные после ночного перелета, приходим на ресепшен, и нам говорят, что ваша бронь не подтверждена. Подобную ситуацию в этом отеле уже читали в отзывах, но пренебрегли этим, думали единичный случай, всякое бывает. Менеджмент и хозяин отеля даже не попытался решить вопрос, сказали у нас все занято, номер предоставить даже за наличку не можем, обращайтесь к своему туроператора. Симку купить не успели, интернета не было, попросили подключиться на ресепшене для связи с туроператором. После связи с Островком нужно было час для решения замены отеля. И тут нас просто выставили на улицу с угрозой вызвать полицию. На все наши просьбы остаться до окончательно решения ответ был: не наши проблемы, уходите с отеля. После такого урока зареклись не бронировать отели ниже 4* Позже от местных мы узнали, что хозяин отеля предпочитает только немцев и англичан и такое отношение конкретно к русскоязычным. Да и сам отель внешне на 2* тянет.

This was a budget holiday and is rated as such. The downsides: The hotel rooms were old and worn (but clean) and the beds were rock hard. We were staying on the "park" side, I understand the other part of the hotel closest to the restaurant is newer. The water pressure in the shower was nonexistent. The food was ok - not great, but passable for a budget buffet at an all inclusive holiday. The positives: The staff! I can not say this enough. They were great, always greeting us with a smile and more than willing to help with anything. Especially the cleaning lady, the girl manning the poolside bar on the park side and the groundskeeper, they are the true stars of this hotel and the reason for my review being 5 instead of 4 stars. Everything including the pools were clean and the beach walk with loads of shops were only a short walk away. Included in the all inclusive concepts: All local drinks and beer, a 0,5l water replaced in the mini bar every day as well as all food and transfer to the beach. They charged for imported drinks and the fresh squeezed orange juice at breakfast (1 euro).

Run-down Rooms and Restaurant. Overflowing food waste bins outside main entrance. Grumpy staff. Inflated charges. First room we were given looked nothing like the brochure, we got moved for a charge of 80euro to the room type we'd actually booked. Restaurant was dirty and too small to serve buffet style for the number of guests there with other guests constantly bumping into folk who are seated and eating. Food was very bland. Evening meals included lunchtime leftovers reheated. The main road and path into the hotel has open topped and overflowing waste bins along each side and the smell is overpowering. We were charged 100euro (cash) for a late checkout - despite the tariff showing 60euro. Everything on-site had to be paid in cash otherwise there is a 20% charge for using a card.

Отель для отдыха в стиле "Тюлень") Кушай, плавай, спи, гуляй. В самом отеле развлечений никаких, кроме бассейна Но с компанией весело везде 😉 Завтраки скучные и СКРОМНЫЕ (яйца, тосты, хлопья, колбаса/сыр и овощи. Обеды и ужины тоже не блещут большим разнообразием, НО ОЧЕНЬ ВКУСНО👍 3 раза в неделю делают гриль : рыба или очень вкусная "шаурма". Вино, пиво и коктейли в стиле ром+кола очень неплохие, а вот на платные коктейли не советую тратить деньги : вода водой, хотя 3 раза пробовали разные. Номерной комплекс : если не жить в корпусе Парк Отель, то все отлично. В главном корпусе Просторные номера с балконами 👍 Но корпуса Парк Отель очень пошарпанные, настолько, что в ванной на полу отломанная плитка и плесень в душе, отваливается штукатурка со стен 🙈🙈🙈 Хотя мы жили в таком номере (точнее домике) и ниче... 😅 В целом без проблем переселят. У нас просто был семейный двухкомнатный домик, а СЕМЕЙНЫХ номеров всего 4 шт . Хотя нам предлагали просто переехать в один большой номер в главном корпусе. Анимация есть только раз в неделю по средам после ужина (танцы, фаершоу) В целом заслуженная 3, конечно, а не 4👍 если жить в главном корпусе, то 4 звезды 😅 Море в 7 минутах, людей в сезон много как в Сочи 😅 Но рядом набережная и Античный город-прекрасное место для вечерних прогулок.

Well where to begin. 1st accommodation was a garden room....a shed/ sauna/ steam room with 1 plug socket around 6ft high!!! Not great for changing your phone... cost us €60 to go into the main hotel room this was after an unhelpful chat to the man on reception...i would say bordering on rude. New room 101 was great. Clean, airy, plug sockets and no mouldy wood smell. Food: well what can I say salad was lovely! Everything else not for us... €2 just for a orange juice! And €5 for a cocktail! Swimming pool nice and clean.....staff around the pool, bar, restaurant area (all together) were friendly at times but saw them not so much to other holiday makers.... shame as some were lovely just the senior members of the team that let them down. Beach is a short walk away...lovely with plenty of restaurants and shops. Pay for a drink/food and get a free sunbed with lovely friendly drinks/food service at your sunbed at the waters edge. Only downside...very busy, never seen so much people.

When we got there - were told they had given us park rooms...as if it was an upgrade ! But it was basically a wooden chalet - with a fridge - bathroom was more of a self mopping wet room ! Shower was not in a cubicle meaning that the bathroom flooded during ever shower - but luckily they provided a squeezy mop ! Our roomz were only cleaned on request - towels begged for on 6th day for one of rooms ! But...the positives were - we gotbto use the pool of the Toll Garden hotel - who'se staff were all lovely - plus the added bonus of getting to pools after 9 and not all beds gone ! Food was okay -:turkish nite was amazing. All the staff work so hard - and so polite - really made the hols. BUT need better staff on reception - Deniz needs some manners - and to believe holiday makers when they say their rooms have not been cleaned ! It seemed like we were out of site , out of mind. Now we have stayed here once, we would stay again though as we know how to make the best of the situation.
