Yasmen was very kind and very polite with us. She was very lovely too, trying to make our experience the best and always there for us incase we needed help or something else. She made our holiday great!

Great budget hotel.
Budget hotel, friendly staff, room cleaned everything without asking. Good location, nice swimming pool. Food (turkish breakfast) looked good though i didn't eat here.

The hotel was shocking, before going I had read some ok and some bad reviews, but thought I'd still give it a go. In reading up on the hotel of read that there are mini fridges, a private beach and evening entertainment these are just a handful of the things that were not there. Got to my room the bed was sunken in and half the furniture was broken or hanging off. There was a TV in my room but it did not work the phone was unplugged and tossed in the cupboard. Some guests while I was there had issues with their air conditioning it was making loud noises and not working so staff came in and crammed it full of tissue to hold it open and were told parts were on order and would be fixed the next day, it wasn't. Others requested fridges and took 4-5 days for them to get one then when one did turn up it was moldy and falling apart. Most of the staff were friendly. The food was far from Continental, some days I ate there but there wasn't much choice to pick from. There is an old guy that hangs around the bar area who was very aggressive and actually hit one of the bar staff one evening, he left but was allowed back in that evening and continued to disrupt staff and other holiday makers, should have kicked him out for good. one last concern is the staff tried to unblock a toilet near the pool area with a hose pipe, when finished with that hose it was tossed into the pool to clean it off.... If you do decide to go, go with caution

Air con didn’t work so they rammed toilet paper in it to keep the blades open which caused it to click constantly, leak in the bathroom from the room above which they told me they couldn’t do anything about, breakfast was the same every single day and the food in the evening was cold!

Vies, smerig, veels te warm. Beddengoed is in 7 dagen geen 1 keer verschoond. Heel smerig. Vlekken zaten er op. Schoonmaken van de rest van de kamer gebeurt ook niet elke dag. Er lag veel stof & haar onder de bedden/ op de kasten. Airco betaal je extra voor, en deze werkt vervolgens niet of nauwelijks. Het was veel te warm in de kamer, ook als je de airco de hele dag aan had. Er hangt een stinkende lucht op het balkon. Vervelend als je daar wilt zitten. Koelkast was niet aanwezig. Hier vanaf dag 1 om gevraagd, elke dag te horen gekregen dat het zo snel mogelijk geregeld werd en dat we een koelkast zouden krijgen uit een andere hotelkamer, maar dit is, ondanks steeds opnieuw vragen, niet gebeurd. Al met al gewoon een slechte ervaring. Jammer!
