Good hotel, no obvious minuses from small ones, more or less variety of food but no small exclusives, some unusual fish or shrimps there (there were crayfish once). In general, a very good hotel but nothing special.

We arrived and left the same day. This hotel absolutely did not meet our expectations. We were very disappointed. Upon arrival, we were told there was no reservation in my name. Then we had to wait two hours because the room wasn't ready.
We were sent to lunch. The food was a disaster. Neither the coffee nor the simplest dishes tasted good. Typical canteen fare, both at lunch and dinner. When we left the same day, we weren't even asked at reception why or how. We paid €1,500 for five days for nothing. If you prefer a certain level of luxury, you shouldn't book here.

Paloma is very nice old hotel with beautiful view, we enjoyed “all inclusive” food & drinks. Room is fine, but very cold on February, we sleep with noizzy AC alnightlong. Matras is fine, but Towels is very old and grey even if they change everyday, cleaning room is “so so quality”, should be better in 5* hotel. Most of tourist there is elders from EU. At night Paloma arranged disco in bar.
In hotel is great outside swimming pool which is only for view on winter because cold. Inside is small swimming pool not very good, uncomfortable, beds and changing room is old furniture and everything dirty, when we was there no stuff accompany. Bar and restaurants is very good, food is tasty. Hotel show collection of old cars. Hotel is nearby ancient town about 1 hour walk you can enjoy old street and temple.

The hotel itself was definitely up to standard. The food – and especially the breakfast – was very nice, with a wide variety and lots of options. The swimming pools were great, well-maintained and clean. The rooms were a bit outdated, but when we had a few issues, they were taken care of immediately on the same day, which we really appreciated. We had a great stay at the hotel, and a big part of that was thanks to the amazing staff – especially Hasan and Ruzgar. They truly went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Always smiling, super friendly, and nothing was ever too much to ask. Their fast and fun service on roller skates added such a nice and unique touch. They were always up for a friendly chat and made us feel very welcome. We will come back.

We booked last minute and didn’t know what to expect but this place is what holiday dreams are made of. Objective, of course, but the hospitality here is second to none and if you appreciate great service then you won’t be disappointed here. Too many members of staff to remember the names of but Murat looks after us every night in the beach-side bar (Quentine) with the friendliest and happiest of service. Happy in his job and can’t do enough for everyone 👏😍 topped off with amazing sea views and a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. We haven’t come across a worker here who doesn’t smile and offer help. It’s hot but we’re happy!!!
