The place is terrible do not go there, I went with my 2 boys, the A/C not working properly, they were sweating, the fridge. television not working The bathroom full of mould , inside the tiolet bowl of black Outside at the pool side, look like a construction site. There is no lift? the stairs are dirty? this hotel need to closed down and do refurbishment . Please not make the pictures them fool you, it is not the same , the place is horrible, I did have to find another hotel , I did have to move in the morning.

Hallo ! Das Hotel entspricht in keinster Weise der Beschreibung! Die komplette Anlage ist Dreckig und voll mit Schimmel. Im gesamten.ten Hotel riecht es nach Katzenurin .Einen Kinderclub gibt es nicht ,lediglich ein kleinen Spielplatz der von den Katzen als Toilette genutzt wird .Die Rutschen für die Kinder sind nur 2 mal am Tag für ca. 1Stunde in Betrieb. Personal ist äußert unfreundlich und nicht hilfsbereit! Auf Anfragen oder Wünsche gibt es keine Reaktion. Hamam ,Sauna ,Telefon usw gibt es nicht ! Keine minibar in den Zimmern .Dafür Schimmel in der Dusche und Klimaanlage! Es gab nur zwei Stühle für 4 Personen. Wasserspender werden mit Leitungswasser wieder befüllt und für die Gäste aufgestellt ! Kaffeemaschine wurde wärend unseren Aufenthaltes nicht gereinigt ,alles dreckig und versifft! Getränke werden in teilweise dreckigen Bechern ausgeschenkt, davon abgesehen werden alle Getränke mit Wasser verdünnt. Wir haben unsere Getränke im Supermarkt gekauft ! Mitarbeiter tragen tagelang die selben dreckigen Hosen und T-Shirt ! Tische und Stühle werden nicht gereinigt,alles klebt und ist verschmiert ! Im Restaurant immer die gleichen dreckigen Decken auf den Tischen !! Hygiene ist hier nicht gegeben. Dieses Hotel hat keine 3 Sterne verdient! Man sollte es Schließen!!!!! Um die Anlage nur Dreck und Müll !!! Die Nutzung von All Inklusiv ist nicht möglich wenn man am Strand ist ,da ken Shuttlebus zum Hotel fährt ! Der sogenannte Hotelstrand ist ca.5000 Meter entfernt und der Shuttlebus fährt morgens hin und spät nachmittags zurück.Der nächst mögliche Strand ist 25 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt ,mit kleinen Kindern und 40 Grad nicht möglich !

Where do I start. Just came home from a family holiday with my dad, partner & 2 kids 19 & 15. Food was really bad .. the same every second day, it doesn’t cater for British in the slightest, not even a toaster! The staff do not speak English except one guy at reception. Breakfast was was pancakes, next day was omelettes, following day was boiled eggs that was the rotation never anything different no choice! Lunch & dinner was on a two day rotation every second day was the same disgusting food. One choice of fruit the whole time, watermelon, one choice of desert. During our 7 day all inclusive we were offered chips once! No pizza, chicken nuggets, sausages, toast, noodles, pasta or basic food. It was liver, salad, fish or chicken legs. Spent a fortune across the road in a restaurant for food! The snack bar was at 4pm daily only option is bit of dry cake as shown, that’s all! Alcohol was a joke! All inclusive was cheap beer, hot wine from a 5 ltr bottle sitting in the sunshine, watered down vodka or gin everything else had to be paid for for €5 . No free WiFi even in public areas of the hotel, WiFi costs £12 per person to use WiFi in any part of the hotel. Hotel needs a revamp so old and outdated, mould everywhere, they only clean and change your towels once a week! Need to ask reception for toilet rolls! No entertainment at night or around the pools. During our 7 days there was one night entertainment which was adult musical chairs, which lasted 30 mins if even, hotel closes at 10pm! The worse all inclusive I have ever been to. Avoid Cinar family suite hotel, the reviews you read are true this is an honest review.

Resturant for our all inclusive breakfast we were shocked at what little choice we had ,boiled eggs,chips,pancakes,and salad .there was bread but no marg/butter I tried to ask for some but they thought I was asking for a knife . Pool area was ok lots of spare sunbeds but pool was freezing and partly shaded by an overhead building ,there was another pool with a couple of slides,hoping we would be able to get snacks at the pool bar but there wasn't any .Alcohol drinks were limited no whiskey or brandy or cocktails unless you paid for them ,the beer was ok but wine was like vinegar small measures of vodka and gin are given .Dinner was one meat dish one of (which was liver one day) chips,mash .chick nuggets smothered in Tom sauce,salad every breakfast,lunch and tea, meals luke warm or cold . Lots of Russions,Germans,that seemed to love the food. No entertainment what so ever in day or night ,good thing there were bars and restaurants right outside to go to but that made our stay more expensive. Staff were not friendly except the man who owned the spa there .maids cleaned rooms every day ,boat trip was good ,Side beach is lovely .This is a very honest review .

Уважаемые желающие отдохнуть!!! Если у вас появилось желание бюджетно отдохнуть, пожалуйста, не тратить своё время и сбережения на Чинар Фэмили отель. Так называемый отель полное....... Заявлен как четверка, на деле не тянет даже на тройку. Интерьер убогий, номера обставлены очень скудно и не удобно. Сейчас очень жарко, допотопные скрипящие постоянно кондиционеры в номерах не справляются со своей функцией. Комнаты не убирают. Постельное белье и полотенца не меняли за неделю ни разу. Вай фай практически отсутствует. Иногда пробивает на ресепшене. На территории 2 небольших бассейна, которые перестают работать в 6 вечера. Вас буквально попросят покинуть бассейн и милостиво разрешат посидеть на шезлонге до 10 вечера. Про еду отдельно. Вся еда, а она каждый день одна и та же, отвратна. Здесь действительно не вкусно готовят. Помимо этого выбрать просто не из чего. Очень скудный перечень еды. Это же Турция!!!! Я не говорю про рахат,пахлаву. О чем вы!!!! Из фруктов только арбуз, через день прокисший. Кстати, и от основных " блюд" частенько несло кислятинкой. Анимации нет от слова совсем. В общем, удовольствие такое себе. Сегодня, наконец то домой!!! Это я то, которая до прошлой недели готова была жить на море!!!! Кстати, о море, оно здесь чудесное, просто золотое!!!! Но из данного отеля добраться до территории пляжа, закреплённой за отелем, очень проблематично. С шатлбассом здесь напряжёнка. Но вам с удовольствием помогут на территории других отелей, до них можно дойти пешком минут за 10. За евро в день вам предоставят шезлонг и зонт. В общем, отличного всем отдыха!!!

Went on a family holiday kids 11, 6 and 16 rooms were decent and basic no bin but cleaning was very clean there was no entertainment for kids my 6 year old got bored easily so we went out every night pool side very dangerous my 6 year old slipped over 3 times and no asking if they were okay and no help hurt my wrist on water slide and i got no concern or help by staff, only help was only by a couple around us pool bar was very poor not a lot to chose for drinks food was great if you liked turkish food same as everyday food snack bar was poor as it was only dry cake! The staff were very friendly.

This is the second time we took a holiday to the Cinar family suite. We found our room/suite to be perfect. The hotel staff are fabulous. If you've a problem or a question, they are only too helpful to oblige and help. When we got to the hotel, after realizing we were on the 3rd floor, we asked reception if we could be moved. Due to my partner being in recovery from a brain anuerism and brain haemorrhage. He was not able to keep doing the stairs. They went out there way to help. Moving us straight away. The suite was kept clean, with clean towels and bedding. My partner and I do not like Turkish food very much, so we chose to eat out and find restaurants that cater to us. We're really quite picky people. But that would never stop us from staying at this lovely place. By the way, this hotel does the best, Pina Colada. And to express how generous and kind the staff were. They gave us a free Pina Colada each, on our last day. Well, we will be coming back to see you again. 10/10 Firdevs and staff, thank you for making our holiday a lovely one, again. 😊.
