Die Auswahl der Kissen war klasse. Ebenso die vielfältigen Restaurants; am besten hat uns die Düden-Bar gefallen. Es war toll mit Mike & Mehmet, Dart zu spielen. Tolle Animateure👍‼️, die stets gute Laune verspüren. Wir würden wieder kommen wollen.

My wife and I had 28 wonderful days at this outstanding beachside 5 star hotel. The food was outstanding, views wonderful, our room was clean and large. The entertainment was varied and interesting. ELIF a lady in the Animation team was always friendly and supportive. We flew with excellent Jet2cairlines from Manchester.

Wunderschönes Hotel mit perfektem Service. Alle Mitarbeiter waren super zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen definitiv wieder. Die Strandnähe und auch die Lage des Hotels ist großartig. Side ist innerhalb von 20 Minuten fußläufig über die wunderschöne Promenade am Meer entlang.

Our second visit to this hotel and once again excellent, all staff helpful and friendly. Everywhere is kept clean and spotless. Animation team all lovely and always happy to chat and explain activities for the day. We are going to come again next year, weather is lovely.

This is the second time I've been to this hotel and i still can't find a fault with the staff, facilities. This is 5 star all the way. The guest relations team led by Krystyna and assisted by Ceren, can't do enough to make your stay any better. Well done Krystyna and team. The restaurant and Al a carte restaurant are superb. The wating staff are friendly and are always smiling and helpful. I used the Time Out bar a lot. ZAFER the barmen. Is amazing the quality and his service was deserving of more then 5 stars. His skill as got to seen he makes everybody feel special. Well done Zafer. Thank you all, Kevin Vile room 2377 .

All the staff were Very hospitable and friendly. The entertainment staff were especially great. We found Elif very friendly and helpful. The Food and drinks are of very high quality. We enjoyed our week and will definitely return later in the year.

Lovely hotel, best food I’ve ever had at all inclusive Michael and ehmet were great and helpful, will definitely be returning. Many fun activities like darts. Close walk to sea with lovely beach. Many bars to drink and eat at. Great staff will return again

Very good hotel staff are all very helpful, nothing is to much bother. On the whole the food is very good, you can always find something to eat. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. I have been to this hotel several times before over a three year period
