Otelde büyük bir asansör ve merdiven problemi var . Büyük havuza inen asansör çok yetersiz çok yavaştı. Animasyon ekibi bizimle hiç ilgilenmemesine rağmen gelip bizden yorum yapmamızı istediler. Sayra güler yüzlü ve ilgili olmalı.şeyma güleryüzlü ve ilgiliydi. Ozan Yorum istediğin de bu böyle olmamalı dediğimde bi kaç bahane gösterdi. Sürekli eğlence de ben onların yanına gittim. Açıkça müşteri seçiyorlar. Akşam eğlenceleri güzeldi. Tatilin son akşamında(Perşembe günü) akşam yemeği menüsü yetersizdi. En çok düden barda Erkan şefin ekibi (Osman, yiğit, Melisa, melih, nazlı, Mehmet, Ahmet) bizimle çok ilgilendiler ve sohbetleri hoştu. Restorantta bir şeften humus istedim diğer akşama yaptırdı adını hatırlamıyorum :( Mustafa Kemal beyle birlikteydi. Teşekkür ederim humus için fakat çok tuzluydu. Meyvelerin başında duran çocuk Şerafettin’di sanırım oda çok güler yüzlüydü. Resepsiyonda çalışan Sena hanıma çok teşekkürler odaların konumunu tam merkezde verdi. Bavulumuzu taşıyan Emrecan çok tatlıydı yolu bahtı açık olsun. Odada tek kişilik iki tane yatak vardı çift kişilik olması gerektiğini söyledik. Yatak üstüne pet atmışlar birleştirmişler hiç rahat değildi. Mini barda tazelemiyorlardı. Odalarda temizlik yetersiz. Tuvaletteki leke 3 gün durdu. Havlu bir gün koymayı unuttular. Ficus barda çalışan Merte teşekkür ederiz ilgisinden dolayı. Otel fiyatı açısından çok iyi. Içeçekleri havuz başında sahilde kutu içeçek veriyorlar .

Brilliant holiday cocktails in the buffet and the pool bar they change every day. The only thing that ruined it was the lift to the beach breaking down twice. also towels on sun loungers were short. And I didn't like the beer. will come back. food good. turkish been good twice now and doesn't let down. so we will be back.

Rezervasyonumuzu özellikle fotoğraflarda gördüğümüz odaları almak için yaptık, çünkü babamızın doğum gününü bu otelde kutlamak istedik. Ancak maalesef beklentilerimiz tamamen boşa çıktı. Kendi sayfalarında sidestarhotels gösterilen odalarla aileme verilen oda ile arasında hiçbir benzerlik yoktu. Resepsiyona durumu ilettiğimizde oda değişikliği talep ettik, fakat bize “hiçbir şey yapamayız, isterseniz misafir ilişkilerine şikâyet edin” şeklinde olumsuz ve ilgisiz bir cevap verdiler. Çok kötü bir misafir ilişkileri anlayışı vardı. Lütfen fotoğraflarına güvenmeyin, çünkü gerçekte sunulan odalar çok farklı. Bizim iki odalık rezervasyonumuz vardı. İkinci oda için “size upgrade yaptık” dediler, ama aslında bu oda bizim zaten rezervasyon sırasında talep ettiğimiz odaydı. Yani ortada ne bir iyileştirme vardı, ne de verilen sözlerin tutulması. Sonuç olarak büyük bir hayal kırıklığı yaşadık: paramız, zamanımız ve moralimiz boşa gitti. Umarım bu yorumu otel yönetimi görür. Diğer misafirlere tavsiyem, rezervasyon yapmadan önce çok iyi düşünmeleri.

Zu tiefst enttäuscht von diesem Hotel. Mega schöne Lage und an sich auch schönes Hotel. Jedoch war das Personal mehr als unprofessionell und frech. Ein Mitarbeiter der Spielhalle hier in diesem Hotel wurde zu einem minderjährigen Hotelgast gegenüber Handgreiflich vor anderen Gästen und bedrängte ihn. Dies zeigt die fehlende Sicherheit die ein Hotel (vor allem 5,5 Sterne Hotel!) nicht gewährleistet. Mit der Rezeption (Manager und jegliches Sicherheitspersonal) wurde gründlichst Diskutiert und sie zeigen kein Mitgefühl, Verständnis oder jegliche Art von professionellem Handeln. Wir sind alle zu tiefst enttäuscht und schockiert. So etwas kann und darf man nicht dulden lassen. Hinzu kommt noch die Hygiene hier im Hotel in Bezug aufs Essen. Wir fanden Maden und Würmer im Essen. Neben den Tischen wurde Katzenkot und Urin entdeckt. Wollen wir wirklich unsere Kinder so in Gefahr begeben in einer Umgebung und Einrichtung die eigentlich sicher sein sollte?
