Horrible experience. I do not recommend it to anyone!
We booked a room in advance, paid 100% of the cost, received confirmation - everything is official. Upon arrival, it turned out that our room was not available, and we were simply presented with a fait accompli: "there are no vacancies, we will accommodate you in what is left." And this is with full prepayment! No apologies, no compensation - just an impudent attitude, as if it was our fault. The reception is a complete mess, the staff is openly rude, they do not take any responsibility for their mistakes. It seems that the rooms are resold several times, counting on the fact that some of the guests will not come. And if you come - your problems. This is a scam, not hotel service. I categorically do not recommend this place. Save your money and nerves - stay away from this "hotel".

The hotel was amazing, always somewhere to get a variety of food and drink 24hrs daily. Shops, hairdressers and travel desk in hotel, the clothes shop man is a great guy who we bought many good quality clothes from at a very good price during our stay. The pool area is huge always spare sunbeds, the children's waterpark was brilliant and the waterslides are great fun. A 5 minute walk to the private section of beach, and again, plenty of sunbeds. You can walk all along the promenade to the harbour, passing bars, shops and good quality restaurants. We didn't actually watch any of the hotel entertainment as we were out nearly every night but the children enjoyed sometime at the evening (Turkish!!) Kids club. The rooms are lovely and spacious, all toiletries are provided (even a razor, toothpaste and brush!) Slippers and bathrobes. A huge choice of restaurants and bars. Shopping centres and restaurants across the road. We booked 3 tours at the hotel, a yacht charter - which was brilliant- , a horseriding tour - which was also brilliant ESPECIALLY the wonderful people running it- and a jeep safari which included lunch and a boat trip at the green canyon, highly recommended!! Some of us also used the hotel travel hire service and went to the shooting range in antalya - AMAZING!! Great fun. Overall the holiday was pretty faultless, the hetel is definitely worth the 5 stars.

We had an incredible stay, and one of the biggest highlights for our family was the Kids Club! From the moment we checked in, the staff made my son feel welcome and excited. The staff were absolutely amazing—warm, patient, and clearly passionate about working with children. My son couldn’t wait to go each morning and came back each day with huge smiles and stories to tell. It gave me the chance to relax and enjoy some quiet time knowing he was safe, caring hands. The facilities were top-notch and well-supervised, and the activities were not only fun but also educational and age-appropriate. It truly felt like a vacation for the whole family. If you're traveling with kids, this Kids Club is a game-changer. Highly recommended!

Unfortunately, our experience at this venue was far from what we hoped for, especially considering we chose this place to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday. The staff — in particular, the bar manager — were shockingly rude and unprofessional. We were a group of six, with a few people staying on the terrace with the children while the rest of us went to order drinks. We ordered one drink per person and wanted to get a few shots to toast the occasion. However, instead of being treated with basic respect, we were spoken to rudely and even shouted at. The bar staff accused us of ordering too many drinks and waved us away dismissively, which was not only incorrect but also incredibly disrespectful. Having worked in the hospitality industry since I was 14, I was genuinely stunned. I would never imagine speaking to guests the way we were spoken to that night. We were polite and respectful throughout, and yet we were treated as if we were causing a problem — simply for celebrating a birthday. That said, I want to highlight one positive: the blonde bartender who was working that evening. He was the only one who treated us with kindness and professionalism. His attitude genuinely helped lift our mood after what had been a very upsetting encounter. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch his name, but he absolutely deserves recognition for his excellent service. This experience left a bitter taste, and sadly, we wouldn’t return or recommend this place based on how we were treated. It’s a shame, as it had the potential to be a lovely night

Die Zimmer waren sauber. Die Pools haben gestunken und die Toiletten waren dreckig. Ausrutschgefahr am Kinderpool. Die Rutschen sind super. Die Kellner waren lustlos und überfordert. Das Essen war nicht abwechslungsreich und die Nachspeisen waren schlecht.
