Wir kennen das Hotel schon seit 2018 Waren Teilweise 2x im Jahr dort. Es hat uns immer sehr gut gefallen! Aber leider dieses Jahr Mai 2025 ( 22.05 -29.05 25 ) Dort waren mein Frau und Tochter. Ankunft 1. Zimmer wir als Stammgäste hatten immer das Zimmer 4021 genommen wegen dessen großen Balkon! Leider Ameisen auf dem Tischen gewesen! Haben ein anderes Zimmer bekommenes das wiederum sehr klam war, feuchte Betten …Reinigung oberflächlich gewesen. Das Hotel nicht wieder zu erkennen! Miserabel Service Leistung ! Essen nicht mehr so wie früher. Frühstück Eier waren blau , denke vom Vortag! Kein großes Essen mehr am Pool kein Eisstand /Obst Gemüse die leckeren Hähnchen Stücke nur abgespeist mit Trockenen Hamburger / Pommes Und das Für ein 5***** Sterne Hotel So das sind nur einige Beispiele Frau und Tochter sind 3 Tage vorher abgereist ! Sehr schade um dieses Hotel wir waren immer sehr gerne dort gewesen. Werden nicht mehr da hinfahren… nur noch 1 Stern wert!

Хороший отель, Доброжелательный персонал.. Вкусная еда. В номере есть все. Идут навстречу , когда просит что то каприз, спасибо. Анимация на очень достойно уровне. Также просторные номера отдельно хотелось бы отметить. Жили в фамилии.

Entertainment team were very fun and got everyone involved! We had a lot of fun nights and the kids loved it. Lively pool side entertainment as well including darts, water polo and volley ball! This included all ages and was inclusive. I would like to thank the entertainment team for taking part in making the holiday so great!

Все классно, очень понравилось, еда вкуснаааая разнообразнааяя. Номер красивый, большой, чистый, уютный, все предоставляется по ГОСТу. Персонал вежливый. Удобства на высоте. Вечерние программы классные, разнообразные, интересные для всех.
