I had problems arriving at the hotel on the first day. I had reserved a room for 2 people and paid for it. The worker behind the counter wanted to give me a room for 1 person. if you are a turk from abroad you should not even come near this hotel.

Отличный новый отель. Прекрасные номера: удобные кровати, пополняемый минибар (пиво, вода, газировка), центральный кондиционер (был настроен на 22 градуса - очень комфортно), тапочки и халаты. Сервис прекрасный, номер убирали каждый день. Еда отличная и разнообразная. Были: и мясо, и рыба, и много разных овощей. Алкоголь местный, но большая коктейльная карта и бармены не жадничают: наливают от души. Про анимацию особо сказать нечего, так как всё было у бассейна, а мы ходили на море в основном. Пляж общественный, так что там есть и местные и одиночные отдыхающие, но нам было комфортно - народа так немного. На пляже лежаки от отеля, бар, душ, туалеты и раздевалка. Пляж - песок, вход в воду пологий. До пляжа можно добраться пешком 10 минут через дорогу, также есть шаттл (с 8-30 до 18-00). Из минусов - это только очень маленькая территория самого отеля (бассейн всего один и там куча народа).

Unser Aufenthalt im Vox Maris Resort war leider sehr enttäuschend. Das Hotel ist erst anderthalb Jahre alt, zeigt aber bereits erhebliche Mängel: Bei uns tropfte Wasser aus der Zimmerdecke, Putz bröckelte, und ähnliche Probleme haben wir auch von anderen Gästen gehört. Wir hatten selbst ein Upgrade auf ein Zimmer mit Swim-Pool gebucht, das leider die genannten Mängel aufwies. Das Hotel zeigte kaum Kulanz oder Entgegenkommen – Rückerstattung gab es nicht, und alle Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren unhöflich, nur die Portiers waren freundlich. Jacqueline war die einzige Ausnahme: Sie kümmerte sich um unser Wohlbefinden, organisierte kostenlose Massagen (30–50 Minuten) und ein à-la-carte-Essen als kleine Entschädigung, um wenigstens etwas Kulanz zu ermöglichen. Außerdem möchten wir die Frau am Food-Stand hervorheben, die die Gözleme zubereitet: sehr freundlich, herzlich und mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Positiv hervorzuheben ist zudem das restliche Personal: Kellner, Barkeeper und das Animationsteam waren sehr freundlich und engagiert, sodass zumindest der Service außerhalb der Rezeption gut war. Abgesehen von diesen Ausnahmen ist der Aufenthalt enttäuschend, das Hotel weist ernste Mängel auf, und wir können es nicht weiterempfehlen. Wer einen unbeschwerten Urlaub erwartet, sollte sich nach einer anderen Unterkunft umsehen.

Отдыхали с друзьями с 04 мая 2024г в данном отеле, то есть попали практически с первых дней открытия. Номер и сам отель хороши , так как новые ещё. Уборка ежедневная была, полотенца менялись тоже ежедневно. Мне понравилось всё. Персонал замечательный, официанты душки. За пару чаевых они тебе и за вином сбегают, и кофе принесут, и столик зарезервируют.))) Еда мне ооочень понравилась. Да, пусть не тысяча блюд , но всё было вкусно приготовлено - у поваров ручки золотые и большой респект шеф-повару! Кофе в кофемашинах очень даже был неплохой. Алкоголь тоже был очень даже приличный. Каждый день ходили в СПА -хамам, сауна, соляная комната. Единственный минус-помывочная в хамам была прохладная, редко её подключали, ну и анимация не очень была, но нам она не особо и нужна была. Понравилась живая музыка-прямо в холле на рецепции в живую пели и играли на скрипке. Расположение замечательное- минут 10-15 прогулочным шагом до старого города. На пляж каждые 15 мин ходил автобус. Пляж хороший- вход песчаный. В баре можно хорошо перекусить. Мороженое целый день, выбор большой , плюс пекут лепёшки -вкуснющие! Не знаю от куда берутся плохие отзывы - мы остались очень довольны отдыхом. Я бы вернулась в данный отель ещё раз. Отзыв на сравнении с другими отелями. В Турции была много раз и только в пятизвёздниках с ультра. Отель рекомендую к посещению!

You have reply to my recent review you are a complete lier u threatened us to leave the hotel unless we lie to on the beach. You asked us to say that we wasn’t robbed at your hotel when we clearly was you are absolutely disgusting of a manager. I will do my complete best to make all people aware how u handled this matter there is more reviews saying the same thing that they were robbed as well we was there we seen people getting kicked out of the hotel because they complained about getting robbed also and the hotel is absolutely filthy. It doesn’t even deserve one star

Valuables stolen & no help – disappointing experience at a so-called 5-star resort I expected much more from VOX MARIS RESORT, especially when it comes to security, service, and professionalism. Here’s what happened: One Friday around noon, I left my poolside lounger to grab some food at the "Food Stop" about 100 m away. I was gone for about 30–45 minutes. During that short time, my AirPods Pro were stolen directly from my lounger. I reported the incident immediately and provided multiple screenshots and detailed information showing the exact location of the AirPods. Despite all of that, I received no real help or support. The hotel completely denied any responsibility – even though the theft occurred within the secured hotel area that should only be accessible to guests. Frankly, this level of handling is unacceptable for a 5-star resort. I’ve now handed the case over to my lawyer. Other downsides: The QR code ordering system at the pool loungers was unreliable. Sometimes drinks arrived within 15 minutes, other times it took over an hour – and occasionally, they didn’t come at all. The cocktails were truly awful – artificial-tasting and barely drinkable. Wi-Fi on the 5th floor was weak and unstable. The food was okay, but nothing special. The rooms were clean and housekeeping was consistent – probably the only clear positive. My honest advice to future guests: Do not leave any valuables unattended, not even something like headphones on your lounger. Unfortunately, this place is not as safe as it should be – even within the resort grounds. Bottom line: If you're looking for real 5-star service, security, and guest care, this resort may leave you very disappointed.

Food was poor, no tables ,no sunbeds. Entertainment team I found unprofessional! and only interacted with certain guests. Bar staff don't know how to make cocktails! Staff around hotel look unhappy and don't offer any help in anyway. This hotel is not a 5*
