Kentia Apart Hotel

Very Nice hotel. The Staff is amazing an Laila was entertainer us all day with games, wathergym and disco at night. That girl is on the right place🥰 Line, Norway

Staying at Kentia with my daughter has been a truly memorable ezperience. The animation team have been phenomenal- Laila has been greay with all guests, interacting with everyone, always happy fun and energetic, leaving you wanting more. Also on behalf of my daughter Kizzy, a huge shout out to Tugce in the kids club. Tugce has been adopted by my 6 year old, for her kindness, happiness, friendly manner and always open arms ! Thank you all for making our holiday a truly fantastic experience.

We were placed in D26 at the Kentia Apartments and overall the accommodation was basic and some of the furniture was broken (Chair) Drawer was rotting on the right side as you enter the accommodation. Also we had no electric in the second bedroom (twin beds) and the air con in that room leaked all over where my phone was being charged. I spoke to reception highlighting the issue however nothing was done therefore I approached reception again two days later and in fairness they resolved the issue within half an hour or so. What really disappointed me was when I checked out, the policy is for check out to be at 12:00 and we were all out by 11:55am making sure the room was left how we found it. We then made our way down to reception to store our luggage in a sperate storage room which takes a bit of time and i then handed the key back. I decided that due to the fact that the issue with the air con and the electric hadn't been resolved straight away I asked if if our drinks bill which wasn't very much could be overlooked as a gesture of goodwill. The manager was called (male aged in his sixties who never smiles) said to my wife and I that he would wipe the bill however he would then charge us 600 lira for checking out late, he then turned walked away and pointed to his CCTV camera saying "WE CAN CHECK THE CAMERAS" I was horrified, I couldn't believe the arrogant attitude. I have tried to rationalise his actions and I could only assume that he didn't understand and that he felt we were trying to get something for nothing however that wasn't the case as we simply would not do that. Disgusting really and it really soured our experience at the Kentia Apartments. Its a real shame as the complex is lovely and my wife and daughter really enjoyed themselves, as for the manager ...... hospitality is definitely not the job for him. If it wasnt for this experience with the manager we would have returned however given his arrogant attitude over what was essentially a petty issue which could have easily been resolved .....we wont be.
