This is a nice hotel, and the location is about a 20-minute walk to the old town. The beach is also nearby, just a few minutes' walk away. The service and the staff were nice. Snacks and drinks are okay; however, if you’re someone who prefers high-quality drinks or coffee, this might not meet your expectations. But if you're fine with simple drinks and snacks, it's pretty good. The staff was friendly and they speak English, although not perfectly, they can still assist you with information as needed. The room was clean, and the air conditioning worked fine. The buffet and food were good as well. If you’re looking for something reasonably priced and comfortable, this is a good choice. If you prefer something highly modern or luxurious and can afford it, you might want to consider other options.

Nice personal
The hotel is family oriented with a few activities. The food is almost always the same. It is not super clean, we waited the whole day for our room to be cleaned and in the end it wasn't even clean so we had to call them to clean it again. Bed sheets are changed when you ask them to do that-not otherwise. In the bar is almost every time something missing ( for example. they didn't have water for 2 days). You pay full price for an all inclusive hotel and you get cafeterian food. If you want wi-fi in your roon you have to pay. The only thing that was good was the personal, al of them are really kind and friendly, we really liked Gökhan, Katja and Ismail. They was very caring and always asked if we need anything. If you are family oriented, want to be close to the beach, and have nice personal around you then this is hotel for you.

Побывали с друзьями в начале октября в этом отеле. За свои деньги, отель просто супер! Недалеко от моря, рядом старый город, интересные кафешки и магазинчики. Еда в отеле за 7 дней НЕ надоела, алкоголь норм, пиво вкусное. Пляж вот только маленький и нет свободных лежаков. Но мы нашли пляж с крутыми бесплатными лежаками правее от отеля, рядом с отелем Horus, зелёные плетёные лежанки! Персонал в отеле норм, Баки, милый мальчуган, нам просто запал в душу!!!

the hotel needs renovation, the food is monotonous and almost the same every day. we stayed in room 507 and got bed bug bites, so my partner had to be in the hospital for 1 day on a drip because of an allergic reaction, the whole vacation was ruined. I think there are these insects in other rooms as well. also the shower did not work, there are problems with hot water in the hotel.

Мы отдыхали в этом отеле в мае 2024 года втроем, и решили повторить этот приятный опыт в октябре,приехали уже вчетвером. Мы приехали в отель поздно вечером,но нам дали возможность выбора из нескольких номеров и поселили в два соседних-612 и 613 - от души спасибо сотрудникам службы размещения Наталье и Хавва)) Вообще работа рецепции на уровне и днем и ночью- разлогинился вай фай и за минуту все наладили, для меня это очень важно по работе,от души спасибо сотрудникам Ozen Bora Sukru Dogan))) Питание в ресторане отеля стало лучше ,чем было в мае,много разных фруктов,блюд из курицы,один раз даже была баранина (а отель по цене один самых дешевых) Обслуживание тоже прекрасное- официанты и бармены вежливые,оставляют самое лучшее впечатление,а вечером еще и танцуют с гостями,развлекают- спасибо вам,дорогие Erol Chilem Baki Mazlum Garip Murat и милому дедуле Ismail. Отелю огромное спасибо за шикарный отдых и сервис за 325 тысруб на14 незабываемых дней,вернемся обязательно в следующем году!!

Отличный бюджетный отель. Отдыхали с парой друзей в начале октября 2024 года. Летели из Уфы от туроператора FUN And SUN, турецкими авиалиниями. Всё во время и отлично. День не украли). Заселили в 14.00,но до этого Наталья, админ отеля, выдала браслеты и мы сходили на завтрак. Наташа-это само очарование, всё делает чётко и быстро! Пляж у отеля, который находится левее, очень маленький, лежаки все заняты, но мы нашли отличный вариант, правее, есть пляж отеля Horus, это пятёрка с отличными шезлонгами, где никто никого не контролирует, поэтому ходили туда все 7 дней. В отеле достойные для 4ки номера, чисто и уютно. Чайник, холодильник, балкон, всё есть. Рядом старый город, отличный променад в любую сторону. Гуляли вечерами, так как анимация уже закончилась в отеле. Бассейны, горка небольшая, всё ок. Спасибо за хамам в отеле, остались довольны! Еда очень приличная, шеф повар старается! Очень понравился бармен Баки, всегда улыбчив и приветлив. За сумму, по которой мы летали-очень прилично! Спасибо руководству отеля! Вернёмся ещё и будем рекомендовать вас друзьям!
