Rude staff. Had booked online with twin beds, sea view room had mentioned late check-in at the time of booking. Paid extra for the requests, on arrival, was told those facilities were provided to someone else and not available, was provided a room on the ground floor, no sea view, no twin beds, and also told the room Besides the bed and hot water there is no other comfort
