Posto magnifico, nulla da aggiungere alla location, mi sono sentita a casa e ritornerei volentieri , ma avrei qualcosa da aggiungere sul personale. (Un ragazzo che ci ha accolti all’arrivo di nome Giuseppe, si è rivolto in modo sgarbato, rifiutandosi di assisterci nonostante più volte abbia richiesto il servizio a lui personalmente.) Molto delusa per questo evento accaduto, in un posto così bello. Ho prenotato alla riapertura per essere maggiormente coccolati e non trascurati , personale da rivedere. Cordiali Saluti.

We had been to this area twelve years ago and the newly opened (at that time) Verdura resort and decided to come back since there was the new Adler and we were looking to a place with indoor pools because we have a child. The place is literally in the middle of nowhere BUT in a beautiful stretch of pristine nature. The resort is designed to be 100% green since it is located in a reserve protected by the WWf. It is beautiful! The setting is magnificent, you get the view on the sea more or less everywhere. We went in February and it was cold. The indoor pool and the heated pools were a very nice treat. All the facilities are brand new. Since everything is “open” you feel the link with nature everywhere. The only concern is that we should see how the place will be in ten years as three years after the opening you can already see the effects of wear in many little things. Also, since many things are open air, this is not so comfortable in winter (like crossing cold corridors or open spaces to go everywhere). Nevertheless, the room was large and modern with excellent design. Food was delicious and very generous…we actually gained 3 kgs in 4 days! Last but not least, the staff is incredible. Clearly the best we have ever found and definitely the true highlight of the resort: they are all very proud of the place, all locals, hard working, very service minded in an authentic way; they really are the image of the generous soul of Sicily. We cannot name all of them as they were all wow, from the receptionists to the maids, to the pool guys, the barmen, the valets, the restaurant crew…but we can remember Deborah and Gianvito at the restaurant. There are many nice hotels, many nice resorts around the world and even on the island. But the people working at the Adler make it really unique!

Relaxing break at Adler Resort Sicilia
This is an amazing place for relaxation . The surrounding and the way the resort is played out is amazing . The room is super comfortable and big with nice view of either sunset and sunrise depending on the room . The restaurant and food is fantastic . The option for half board is a really good choice . Spa and sauna are set overlooking the nice sea view . Overall this place is fantastic

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa magnifica struttura tra fine anno e inizio 2025…. Relax , lusso, sobrietà , professionalità , ottimo ristorante e potrei aggiungere cento altri aggettivi o sostantivi per descriverla … un grazie a Giulia ( SPA manager ) , a Jasmine ( receptionist) , a Gianvito , Debora, Gabriella , Adriana Graziella , Salvatore , e altri 100 nomi di persone che hanno reso indimenticabile la nostra vacanza …. La family suite era perfetta in ogni suo aspetto … ma la location e la Sicilia ci hanno fatto innamorare di questo incredibile Resort . 💛

Resort veramente di altissimo livello, tutti i particolari sono curati in maniera quasi maniacale, gli accostamenti dei materiali e dei colori sono di gran gusto ed eleganza. Personale gentilissimo e da siciliano, anzi da agrigentino ho apprezzato moltissimo la presenza pressoché totale di gente locale. Camera all'altezza del resto per dimensioni e cura dei particolari, esterno fantastico che valorizza il posto senza snaturarlo, meravigliose le piscine riscaldate e la spa. Esperienza da ripetere assolutamente.
