I had a spa membership with this hotel, unfortunately their steam room was out of work in November and as of that , they issued some vouchers as apology, I have never get mine, whenever I have called them , they passed it to managers with not any responses at the end, I have spent lots of time travelling from home to them to speak face to face still no responses after 4 months. It’s not hard to issue an A5 paper voucher for your members!! Even whenever I’ve been told it will be ready to collect soon , it wasn’t and I’ve been ignored by the staff member. Not really happy 👎 👎👎👎👎
