Location is perfect as I'm attending course in hospital, just a walking distance. Hotel didn't provide tooth brush, body soap, shampoo. If stay there, need to prepare yourself. Toilet is too small for bathing.

Actually I wanna find a hotel that is very near to the hospital. And yes I found this hotel. The receptionist is so friendly and talk nicely to me. Need a deposit rm 50 to enter the hotel when we book using this app (idk when we book it walk in). Overall ok, just too small for the toilet & bathroom. The room is ok not quite big also but okay. affordable price. (The pic I’ve got from google. It’s similar of the room that I book, but didn’t have the oyo pillow. Hhehe. Has table, tv. That’s all

No towel, no floor mat & the bed frame is crooked. When u turn on the heater, the bathroom lamp flicker a lot. No lift, had to climb stair. I give 2 star, for the big window and pretty curtain.

Been here for 5 hours without a bath towel and this hotel doesn’t prepare spare/extra towels for customers. I’ve been to hospital and surely I’ve been exposed with viruses, and I need to take a bath! Moreover, the television plug is broken! I wish they can do something about it in the future. Not to mention the receptionist is not permanent worker there. And owner of that place didn’t even bother to answer my calls. I suggest to those who come to Sibu, should never check-in in this hotel.
