Overall a decent stay, staff were great and really friendly. Restaurant gets really busy so I suggest booking prior to arrival. Rooms were small but adequate. We just used to sleep and everything was fine. Food was ok and nice bar area. I would use again if in the area. Not sure about view from the room

Decided to pop out for a midweek tipple and ended up at The Miller. Plan was just to pop in for a drink but we looked at the menu and decided we’d have something to eat too. Partner had pie and I had battered halloumi both with served with the nicest fries I’ve had in a pub! We both really enjoyed the food and have to say it was possibly the best ‘pub grub’ we’ve had in a long time. Lovely and fresh and very tasty. Venue was lovely too and already looking forward to return and try something else off the menu.

The shower and bath are both disgusting, very dirty! I’ve had dinner in the restaurant they charged both my food and table next to me, when I’ve asked them why over charged they didn’t apologise at all told me they just made a mistake will refund me so asked me to tap my card again. When I went back to my room i checked my online banking they didn’t refund me instead charged again, so I went to the restaurant again, the woman told me it was a refund just will take a few days I had to show her my banking app it clearly said debit amount, then she accepted it was charged again. Be very careful to stay there! Not worth the money to stay at all!

Had our wedding at the millers on 31st August had the best day and night the staff couldn't do enough for us food was outstanding would highly recommend to others who are considering visiting or having an event here thank you to all the staff for going above and beyond to make our day so special xx

Nice place for a meal, the food was nice and cost reasonable. Service was great from Molly, Laura, Stella and Jen. Would recommend for an impulse meal at short notice. There are plenty of “Gastro” pubs around doing really nice food but for a spur of the moment Sunday lunch or you just don’t fancy cooking, this is perfect.

Used a voucher for lunch, there is a large car park, staff were very friendly and helpful, menu ok, I had sirloin steak which was ok, but with a few chips and half a tomato and 2 very small onion rings poor value for money, my wife's lasagne was good.. without a voucher not worth the money.

The staff were, very professional but also very friendly, the hotel is very good, the food was outstanding ( the best meal we’ve had in about a year ) The rooms were great, they were very clean and comfortable, we will definitely visit again and spread the word about this hotel, thank you all at the Greene king, Birmingham

Visited here this evening for a meal with friends, seated at the table and served drinks straight away. It was a Good meal overall and our waiter for the evening was called Sam. We found him pleasant and helpful throughout the meal and he checked on us multiple times to ensure it was a good experience. We will be visiting again.

Rooms are ok but obviously need a refurb. Food is great and the bar/FOH staff were excellent; running around and not stopping throughout the evening. Unfortunately, this cannot be said for the duty manager who (in the 3 hours we were there) did not at any point, step out from behind the bar. A large, busy restaurant cannot be run from there.
