I stayed with you overnight on Saturday 26th August. I have stayed before with you, around three years ago. The hotel has deteriorated quite a lot since my last visit.
The lift glass is shattered, the pool area has tiles missing and the hotel looks worn and in need of redecoration. The carpet is worn and dirty.
I stayed in a room on the first floor and later in the evening I realised the air conditioning in the room was broken/not working. It was one of the hottest days of the year in Croatia and it meant I had a very uncomfortable and unpleasant sleep. Waking up sweating and too hot. I also noticed that there was water underneath the air conditioning unit which meant the carpet was wet around it.
In addition to this the hotel had an unpleasant smell of cigarettes and a sewage smell mainly from the toilets. My room was not very clean, the pillow in the bedroom was yellow and smelt unpleasant. There were signs of wear on the walls, fixtures and fittings and it was in need of some repairs. The toilet seems to be constantly running and filling up which is very annoying.
You can barely sit on the toilet due to space available next to the sink and it is hard to move around in the shower again due to lack of space. The spotlights next to the bed do not work on either side.
I didn’t bother with the breakfast,
when I did got down to the breakfast hall all I could see in the corner of the room there were cobwebs and it did not look clean.
I do not plan to stay here again until the upgrades are made.
In addition to all this, there was a wedding party on Saturday night by the pool and most of the time there was no presence on the hotel reception. Every time I went to make a complaint regarding the air conditioning there wasn’t anyone available for me to speak with. The hotel was full so I doubt I would have had the option to move rooms anyway.

Hotel para pasar una noche ya que esta bastante anticuado, el desayuno en normal sin nada destacable y deberían cuidar mas los detalles como toallas muy usadas y alguna con los bordes deshilachados, la limpieza es normal lo dicho para hacer una parada

Beautiful new modern hotel with spacious, clean and very bright rooms with bathrooms with Italian showers. The breakfasts served on buffets are copious with cereals and fresh fruit, eggs and cold meats, enough to give you strength for a good day of sightseeing.

A rather mediocre hotel. It doesn't deserve 4*. Stained sheets, torn pillowcase, broken shower door, it doesn't close. No hot water at the sink and very little in the shower. Poor bedding. Tiny room with views of the parking lot, dirty and without maintenance, old and frayed towels. They don't replenish the shower soap or make the beds, they just stretch the top sheet. Made a stop at the viewpoint next to the hotel. There was a public toilet there, but it was out of use. My wife was in dire need and walked into the hotel and asked the receptionist if she could use the toilet. Her answer was short and sweet No, only for guests. The lady was very unfriendly by the way. Bad advertising for this hotel, which otherwise looks good. We won't book here for our next holiday.

Bien pour faire une halte entre Zadar et Split. A quelques minutes du centre de Sibenik. Très belle vue depuis la chambre. Je m'attendais à une chambre 4 étoiles mais ce fut la déception. Mobilier vieillot, TV difficile d'utilisation, pas de wifi, parking réduit. Petit déjeuner correct.
