Absolutely disgusting service from this so called hotel. Booked a promotion for a deluxe room via ***********. On arrival was offered a lower class of room that was not as described. I explained this, showed the staff booking confirmation and photos. He then proceeded to get argumentative and rude, swearing etc. If you have advertised the wrong room at the wrong rate then how does that become the fault of the consumer? I've stayed at properties ranging from guest house to 5 star and have never experienced such disgusting service and lack of accountability. Stay away.
